It was indeed a great interaction with the Chat support team,yes i agree there was a waiting time ,but worth investing, I had issues in CPANEL and phpMyAdmin,these both were resolved instantly,The way the support team dealt with the issues and resolved was indeed a great experience, Thanks for your customer care CPANEL team excellent support !

Every interaction I've had with inmotion hosting has been nothing less than exceptional. Their customer service should be modeled by other companies within this industry. I appreciate the low wait times and speedy assistance, as my time is valuable. I was referred to inmotion hosting and would recommend them to anyone considering registering a domain or purchasing hosting from the other companies that add unexpected fees and charges (godaddy).

I recently had an occasion to contact technical support via email regarding my website directory setup and the request was handled within minutes of my initial contact, however there was a slight oversight regarding a directory privilege setting which required a telephone call that was answered in under 5 minutes and corrected immediately. In my experience, customer support doesn't get much better.

I am very impressed with the quality of Inmotion's customer service. The whole process of solving my issue took less than 5 minutes and I will definitely have them at the top of my list when I need a new hosting service. The only issue I had is that there are not really enough videos that explain more in detail how the reseller accounts and the WHM (Web Hosting Manager) control panel work (for newbies!). I'd never even seen a WHM panel before trying a reseller account, and while some things were pretty self-explanatory, others seemed confusing for a non-pro.

It was a great customer service experience with inmotinhosting, English is not my main language, however the customer is very patient and successfully found a solution for me when I am preparing transfer a domain from other registerar. Really appreciated for the help!!

I've never been on hold for more than 5 minutes even when the auto-prompt says call volumes are at their highest. I feel like I'm always speaking to an experiencing professional each time I need support and my issue is always known and resolved in minutes.

I came across In motion hosting after me reading the good reviews of many people that left their feedback for in motion hosting through Google. And after using the company i can say that these reviews and feedback are really like that. The people that work for In motion hosting by the customer support are really kind, friendly and always ready to help. Am glad that i found a good hosting company after me trying number of companies from before.

The sales rep was very friendly and explained every little detail that I asked for and actually played an important part to convince me with staying with Inmotion Hosting in my search for a new server. The tech support helped me a lot with the changing servers of 3 websites on different servers. Didn't have any trouble since they do have tutorials for almost everything on their database, and with such good technicians it was quite easy doing the shifting.

I am trying to set up an e-commerce website, which I've been told by many people "is easy". I'm learning that term is relative, and seems to be easy to those who already know the fundamentals of website building, not novices such as myself. I was told Open Cart was an easy e-commerce platform, but found it arduous to even begin. InMotion tech support helped me transfer an Open Cart extension (theme), which took a long time. They found that only certain files from the download were needed for my application. They walked me through dissecting the zip file, which I would not have been able to do. The technician was very professional and willing to assist, understanding my low level of knowledge and Open Cart's complicated "extension" process. After getting the extension loaded, it was still very difficult for me to understand, and was not like a template I've seen such as Weebly. The technician informed me I could use Wordpress with a Woo Commerce plugin, which he uploaded in minutes. I was very relieved to leave the lengthy session with an alternative to Open Cart. I am a novice and IM member of two days. I explained my low level of knowledge to the sales person before opening an IM account, and he said ecommerce was supported by IM and I would have plenty of "pre-loaded" template options, buy he did not understand ecommerce himself. After setting up my account, he transferred me to a tech who said Open Cart was easy for novices. After Open Cart uploaded, it was in the default template, and I had no idea how to maneuver through, and learned after calling back that I had to go "offsite" thru Open Cart or a Google search and import extensions back into my IM site. This was not easy or intuitive being that OC is touted to be an "easy template-based" platform. I was expecting an easy to use template like Weebly, but with more options to produce a nice ecommerce site. In two days I spoke to three techs. Two were not familiar with e-commerce, and the other told me Open Cart was easy. I am satisfied with the effort of the techs, but wonder what to expect from IM in the way of support if most techs don't know about e-commerce, which causes the length of time to receive support to be very long. This is what made the difference between a 4 and 5 star rating.

Had a technical problem with my hosting. I was getting DNS errors on a couple of my domains. I used the online chat feature and had the problem resolved in about 20 minutes. The support guy quickly found the problem and had it all resolved before we finished up. Support was very helpful and courteous. Great service. Thank you.
