“Cheap Quality”

Customer service was prompt when I emailed a question. Received 2 shirts to Aus in a week. Long sleeve black was a great shirt but short sleeved white was very cheap ink, quality & the logo wasn't centered. I'm sorry you were disappointed with one of your t shirts. We undertake many quality checks but it would seem that on this occasion, this one slipped through the net. You ordered with us on 22nd of May and the order was dispatched on 30th May via 1st class Royal Mail. It would seem that your order has gone astray in the post and so in accordance with our usual policy we have arranged for a replacement order to be sent immediately. We regret that you were unable to speak to anyone when you called but we acted within 22 hours of receiving your email on Saturday 15th June. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and feel your feedback is a little unfair. That said all we want is a happy customer and hopefully you will have received your order by now.

I recently ordered a t-shirt for my wife. She wears a medium. However when I got the shirt, even though it said medium, the cut or fit just did not fit right. Per their return policy I could not return/exchange item. However, after explaining my problem, customer service refunded me the cost of a new shirt (larger size)and all I had to pay was postage. “Delivery delays - no response from TShirt Subway”

I ordered 2 T-shirts on 22/03/13 to be sent to Spain. I received an email saying they had been despatched on 25/03/13. Normally airmail takes no longer than 10 days to Spain so when my goods hadn't arrived by 11/04/13 (17 days) I emailed the Company. No response at all. My T-shirts finally arrived on 18/04/13. So what was the problem? Well they charged me £6.00 for postage, the correct small packet airmail rate is £4.95 and they actually paid £3.88! So I'm guessing the underpaid postage… Read Full Review

I'm sorry you experienced a delay with the delivery of your order. I can't understand why you never received a response to your emails. All emails to customerservices@tshirtsubway.com are answered within 4 hours of receipt. We have to set standard postage charges to cover all eventualities and packaging. I can assure you that we did not under pay on your package. 93% of all dispatches arrive in good time. Unfortunately, that means 7% of our orders will encounter postal delays beyond our control. In this instance, you have just been unlucky.

T Shirt Subway is committed to dispatching orders within 48 hours of receipt. What we can't control, however, is the length of time an order takes to be delivered. As you chose standard 1st class delivery, it can take anything from 1 day in the UK to possibly 3 weeks internationally. What we will guarantee is that if your order fails to show, we will either refund you or send another in direct replacement. We can't be fairer than that. After ordering three t-shirts and payed about 60£, nothing has been delivered. They do not respond to email or on the phone number at their website. Unfortunately I found this site after ordering ... After digging around I found that the guy responsible lives in Liverpool: Calling that number did not quite help, he told me to phone him at the "company number" instead and that they ship thousands of t-shirts every day, then he just hung up. All email enquiries are dealt with at customerservices@tshirtsubway.com by professional well trained people. Customers are able to call us directly using a number posted on the website. If your order fails to show, we replace it in ALL instances so i don't understand why you feel it necessary to attack us so aggressively with your comments.

Really surprised at the low ratings... Order my Tshirt which was delivered well inside the leadtime and it was too small. Emailed them knowing you cant return on sizing problems but said that maybe they should review their sizing guide. Got an email promptly asking if I'd like another FOC.
