We've been with Barclays business for 6 years, and we have found them to be professional, attentive and willing at every level. They know what they're talking about, and they deliver. They may not have the greatest of offerings for new businesses, but it's a bank you can rely on.

Having been a customer with Barclays for over 20 years I would never advise anyone to be one. Barclays do not seem to care about their existing customers, and service on my business and personal accounts has sometimes been appalling.
