“WISH I'D FOUND THIS SITE EARLIER!!”

I agree with all the other negative reviews on here. The worst experience I've ever had. The customer service is appalling and I don't know how the staff (a generous term) ever sleep at night!! I was, reluctantly, given the name of the MANGER!! HAHAHA who, I think, sits under his desk all day avoiding all forms of 'manning up and dealing with his customers'. “Do Not Buy anything from this company !!!”

I ordered a cooker hood from the company online. 4 days later i got a call from a staff member saying that they didnt have my item in stock. i didnt want a replacement as the one i chose had the colours of my kitchen. The staff member said that they would issue a refund and it could take upto 5 days depending on which bank i was with. LIES !!! 7 working days later the money still wasnt in my bank. We've had the exact same problem with them! I have just posted my review on here too! I have contacted Trading Standards but it seems they have 30 days from when you requested the refund to pay it before they are breaking the law! They advised writing by recorded delivery to James Simms who I was told was the managing director! I also plan to contact Burnley FC to see how they feel about promoting a company that is regularly defrauding customers on their shirts!! Think we all need to contact the same people and maybe the message will get through I have emailed watchdog as well! They need to know this is not how you do business! Joey the manager I spoke to said there is only 15 people work there I dare say between us we've spoken to nearly all of them!! How they can sleep at night is beyond me!

WE PURCHASED A COOKER HOOD, DID NOT WORK WHEN ARRIVED. AFTER 20 CALLS, EMAILS NOBODY RETURNS CALLS OR EMAILS. HAD TO COMMUNICATE THROUGH THIER RMA, WHICH IS AN IDEAL HID AWAY FOR THEM. “DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY !!!”

Quick delivery promised from stock. Had to phone to ask when how much longer I would have to wait after waiting 2 weeks. Glass splashbacks and upstands received and looked O.K. but when fitted there was very noticeable colour difference. Complaint raised and as items were glued to walls were unable to return them. I think this is what they aim for! We have had a similar problem being fobbed off about why our refund hasn't been processed from it was sent to the wrong account to I need the managing director James Simms who seemingly is never there to authorise it! I was advised today that they have done all they can & I need to claim through the credit card company!! Unbelievable that is actually their advice to claim against themselves!! Totally dodgy company just wished I'd visited here first! We all need to email and write to as many people as we can to highlight it bbc watchdog, trading standards Burnley FC not sure how they would feel if they knew how their sponsors run their business!! Facebook share the warning with everyone!!

I placed two orders with Premier Range within the last month – the first was for a glass splashback, which took 10 days to arrive, despite i) being told at the time of ordering that the product would be delivered the next day; and ii) the company website claiming “nationwide next day delivery”. I recently purchased a hob, cooker hood, splash back and oven. Firstly the delivery was arranged for a specific day, it never arrived. I then arranged for it to arrive again on a specific day, it arrive the next day, lucky someone was home to sign for it. (signed as unchecked). Will never deal with this company again! The service we received was appalling , it took 6wks for them to send out an item , after numerous phone calls, but it was still the wrong item to what was order! We ordered a cooker hood and asked for a specific day of deliver. It came 4 days early! Bad start there. The glass front o the hood had a piece out of it, but instead of just sending us the replacement glass, they sent (after about 10 phone calls of trying to sort it out) another whole set up. SO, we opened that one and guess what, the glass on this one had a mark in it too.
