“Worst online company EVER”

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I have ordered a cooker hood from them in January which they delivered, it turned out to be faulty. They collected the item and admitted that the item was faulty because they had to repair it but are now not sending the hood back unless I pay for postage. “Expensive but poor quality & awful customer service”

Paid £121.99 for a 70 cm stainless cooker hood. Arrived quickly but with motor loose and flickering light. Our fitter fixed those and installed it. Exceptionally noisy even on lowest speed & hardly extracted at all. It's really a 50 cm extractor, thrown together badly. Anyway after a few days it stopped altogether and was sent back. I purchased a hob from Premier range in september 2013. It was installed by my fitter in october after work was completed to my kitchen. A few weeks later, it developed a fault. After proving to Premier range it was fitted by a certified fitter, they sent a part to me assuming that everyone could open up and change an electrical part on a hob. “Orange Splashback Issue”

We purchased a Splashback and adhesive via the website, we got a fitter to fit the splashback! The disaster strikes.... the adhesive shows though the orange splash back it looks awful! “Worst customer service ever.”

We bought a hob and cooker hood in 2009 from PREMIER RANGE. The hob was great however the cooker hood started to pulse and switch on and off intermittantly. As the hood was still in guarantee we phoned and customer services asked us to email them. We received no reply. Again we phoned and again was asked to email them. Premier range are possibly one of the worse companies i have ever had to deal with and i will probably never buy on line any electrical appliance again. On the 4th October 2013 I ordered a cooker hood and at the time 2 filters for the hood. After 10 days i chased the order to be told that it was out of stock. and was unlikely to be back in stock for some time. I purcased a splashback, which was guaranteed to me to be the same colour as the upstands which I also purchased. On arrival, the colours are completely different. Also the splashback is now revealing lifting in areas, where the company's provided adhesive was used. But the most infuriating thing is the complete lack of response from the company. Don't buy one of these hobs. They are an awful product, terrible to clean. Gas pressure is lower than the usual steel hobs.
