Bought a an extractor fan in feb 2013 in nov 2013 it stopped working. Asked for replacement they would only fix it when returned. It took 3 months for it to be returned to us as communication was terrible. When it was sent back I was not informed that this was happening and no explaination as to what was the problem. Bought a two- burner hob from this firm, one of which never worked from day one. After two replacement flame failure devices did not cure the problem, they suggested I uninstall it and return to the factory for repair. They refused point blank to send a replacement which could have been installed as the faulty one was taken out. They were unconcerned that I would be without cooking facilities for a week or more. Ordered a coloured glass hob online from this company for collection. When I called to arrange collection I was told that they had no stock and none was expected soon. Ordered an alternative which they then delivered to the wrong address. Customer service appalling. Nothing is their fault, and they will do nothing to resolve the problems they cause. I bought a splashback from this company. On the splashback there was a yellow waning sign says, this can only be used with Premier range glue. Then I had to make another order and purchased the glue. We purchased a 5 ring Hob in 2009 & in 2013 the glass on the hob completely shattered. Although the hob glass had a lifetime warranty stamp on it, I was advised this related to the fact that the colour of the glass would not fade!!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, I have ordered a cooker hood from them in January which they delivered, it turned out to be faulty. They collected the item and admitted that the item was faulty because they had to repair it but are now not sending the hood back unless I pay for postage. “Expensive but poor quality & awful customer service”

Paid £121.99 for a 70 cm stainless cooker hood. Arrived quickly but with motor loose and flickering light. Our fitter fixed those and installed it. Exceptionally noisy even on lowest speed & hardly extracted at all. It's really a 50 cm extractor, thrown together badly. Anyway after a few days it stopped altogether and was sent back. I purchased a hob from Premier range in september 2013. It was installed by my fitter in october after work was completed to my kitchen. A few weeks later, it developed a fault. After proving to Premier range it was fitted by a certified fitter, they sent a part to me assuming that everyone could open up and change an electrical part on a hob. We bought a hob and cooker hood in 2009 from PREMIER RANGE. The hob was great however the cooker hood started to pulse and switch on and off intermittantly.
