What can I say but WOW , from the instructions on how to download my photos to the way they keep in touch with all details from receiving , producing and dispatching - this company have got it right , my canvas arrived in excellent packaging and the product is superb , just what I wanted , highly recommend

At first I had problems uploading my photos but contacted the company and received very good instructions and steps to do it. Received my canvas and was absolutely delighted with the quality and finished product. Watched the video on how to put it together and now it is perfect on my wall. Would definitely use them again

I ordered a canvas from Creative Canvas Company through Wowcher. For A1 (30" x 20") the cost was £12 (instead of £73.99) with £7.95 delivery charge. This is an amazing deal but was certainly not too good to be true. The canvas was produced and dispatched immediately and I received it within 3 working days. The canvas is of excellent quality. Over the moon with my canvas!

Ordered in plenty of time, according to their website, for pre-christmas delivery. Needless to say it hasn't arrived despite several emails promising it. They have now agreed to send it to different address because we're no longer in our Christmas accommodation but say it will be up to end of 2nd week of January (i.e. 10th January) before it arrives which makes it just short of a month from order. And they want me to guarantee someone will be in to take delivery, which we would have been had they delivered on the promised timescale and won't be after we've gone back to work. Their "live chat" customer service is appalling, evasive and unhelpful - wouldn't even apologise until I put them on the spot about it. In short, don't use this company.

I ordered a canvas using a groupon voucher. Not only was I impressed with the product (the print looked amazing) but also the speedy delivery, which meant it came in time for Christmas. The canvas was a gift for friends and they absolutely loved it. I would definitely recommend Youframe to friends.

I ordered a canvas through Groupon, and was supposed to receive it 10 days later. It arrived sooner then that, but I was unfortunately unable to receive it. The frame was sent back to YouFrame, who was kind enough to send it again, without any extra cost. Thank you for a great service!

Although previous 16x16 hearts had been really good the 20x20 heart I received had a couple of double overlapping photo's to the extent one* photo had only a centre section showing. * you wouldn't believe how many 1000's of photo's I had to search through for that one, the other 99 were already on my hard drive. Before I assembled the frame I contacted livechat on Youframe website, was advised that they were only to happy to review, if I could email a photo showing my disappointments. Youframe kept me updated by email and within days a new perfect canvass arrived in good time for my wife's special birthday. At her family party the canvas with 100 photo's was the talking point of the evening.

Really easy to order, gots lots of updates along the Oder/delivery process and the finished product is amazing. Very good quality, well packaged and arrived very promptly once I had sent the photos to them.. Really great present for my mum who is suffering from dementia so she can recognise the grandchildren. Highly recommend this company and product.

Ordered 2 collage canvas prints through Groupon, one for me & one as a Xmas present. Simple to order & transfer photos. Had an email to ask me to specify a main image which I did. Took about 2 weeks from start to finish. Am over the moon with the finished products - they look amazing. Quality of the canvas is good as is the printing. I spoke to a very very nice lady and she was amazing, she took me through everything step by step and even gave me her email address so I could show her the picture I wanted and made sure it was the correct size. I appreciated this very much, my order has now been completed and I know that it has been done correctly. She stayed on the chatline until I was able to say that the order had gone through and I had an email to confirm this

Ordered a canvas with an Amazon local voucher, the whole process was very straightforward and easy. It arrived in about 4 days and we were very pleased with it, the quality was superb and the frame and stretching process couldn't have been simpler. Great customer service from start to finish. They helped to add a personalised written message to my photo montage..which was a special birthday gift for a friend. Canvas arrived very quickly too! There was full communication throughout the whole order and photo upload process. Canvas easy to assemble. Have shopped with you-frame before and will definitely shop with them again. Very satisfied customer
