Absolutely dreadful! All the staff don't have a clue what's going on and lie constantly (that is if they ever pick up the phone or reply to emails) it's took nearly a month for delivery! The quality was awful too!! The canvas was off centred and the plastic bolts on the back we're too big for the holes so had to re drill them! I bought a Groupon voucher for this company and was intending to create a photog montage as a xmas gift. Then realised that I could not send photos from my iPad, no problem asked for voucher to be reissued so I could create a text montage. “Awful customer service and half a kit”

Purchased a canvas montage, took 2 weeks to arrive which was fine. The canvas pack was missing the essential pins and tension plates. I contact customer service via email and they said they would send a bag ASAP, 5 weeks later, a number of phone calls not answered and emails again not answered we still have no parts to construct the canvas. I was going to ask the same! Do you work for them? Because their customer Service from what I have experienced is APPALING!! The phone doesn't even ring, it just cuts out! I have been awaiting 4 weeks for mine - sent an email today, but I am not holding my breath for a response!

I was very excited to come up with the 30 words for the text montage for my best friend for a pressie for christmas, i did think a little expensive, but she is worth it so i went ahead and ordered, this was the 26th Novemeber. I ordered 2 canvas kits on 4/11/13 as Xmas gifts, I thought that by ordering in early November there was no risk of not getting them for Xmas as they didn't need printing on just sending out in the post. I foolishly ordered two canvases, when the first one came it was not laid out as I ordered, but when I emailed, the staff offered me an 80% discount on a reorder! after another mail or two, I was offered a reprint. Bu what a waste - the print is just so dark, it is unbelievable! I know it isn't the anything to do with the photo's quality or colouring - as the first incorrectly printed canvas is so colourful.
