I have tried to use this company twice and both my buying the ticket had been accepted and twice they contacted me saying that after all they had other booked it and you need to pay another sum of money some of money so basically you think you're buying at the very good price it all goes through and oh dear dear get a phone call sorry it has been other booked you need to pay whatever amount it was I did go through for one but the second time I can so completely because you feel your being done. It is their way of saying we are the cheapest out of mamundo or skyscanners but at the end of the day when you get to choose them they increase it straight away

I thought I'd found an amazing deal on flights to Sydney, booked it online only to have an email saying declined. Hmm... alarm bells. I had read reviews and trust pilot etc mainly good. Call customer service, oh let me contact the airline... oh we are sorry that price has now gone but we can offer you another for £200 more, tbey said all the seats are pretty much gone. Me thinking well if id paid £23 per seat the whole plane was avaliable. No thanks! AVOID.

Booked on-line after redirecting from JetCost website. Crystal took money for flight. Then booking 'failed' and had to contact them. They then said price had increased due to 'taxes'. The website offers a full refund for cancellation within the first 24 hours after booking and, so, could have backed out but, of course, it takes a few days for the money to credit. For some people that may be a problem if they want to book somewhere else. So, effectively you have little choice but to pay up. However, I did pay the additional amount because the price was still competitive but it was a Faustian pact because I believe the firm offered me a false price knowing that their business practice meant there was a good chance I would not cancel. (The same flight was still available on their website several hours later at the same (false) price.) I think this practice is fairly common.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is non existant. Cannot deal with or resolve complaints. Add on extra fees then when you complain they magically disappear. This company attempts to extort money anyway possible. Numerous promised callbacks never happened. Ignored emails. I will never use this company again. Avoid.

if there was an option of giving a negative score I would do so. I called this company while my father was in the hospital as I needed to extend my stay. They supposedly credited me a refund for the ticket ($1558) but also charged me $200 cancellation fee. When I called the airline they had no idea what I was talking about as the refund amount was much much lower than what crystal travels told me ($294) I called crystal travels and the person I spoke to wasn’t in and they would let me speak to a manager directly saying that someone will call me back in 30 minutes. I called at 2:10pm they called me back at 3:22pm. after asking me the same questions again the supervisor said he’ll call me back in 10 minutes.....3:54pm I’m calling back to see what’s happening and again was told the supervisor was on another call and will call me back (why is he on another call when he should be dealing with my issue). I tried again at 4:30pm when no one called me and was told the same thing but I refused and said I’ll wait on hold. The supervisor comes back and says he can book the flight for me but he doesn’t have for what amount and asks for my last name again and wants to call me back in “2 minutes” I’d had enough and told him how horrible this experience has been especially since my father passed away yesterday and I’ve had to deal with his incompetence and the airlines just to be able to go home. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I was dealt with efficiently and effectively by the lady who took my booking .Appears very straight forward , a little unhappy at extra costs that I didn't realise would be added , but she also sorted this out satisfactorily, so overall happy with experience. Hope everything else goes as well .

I've booked multiple times with Crystal Travel because of their sharp prices and deals and can really recommend them. Underlining their customer-oriented approach, a very helpful member of their team was able to change the date on a ticket for which I'd inadvertently booked the wrong date. Although I did contact them within a few hours of booking, I believe this wouldn't have been possible with many other travel agencies

I am writing about my experience with Crystal Travel. My Experience began on the 15th August 2016. Our Guru HDH Pramukh Swami Maharaj had passed away on Saturday 13th August 2016 and me and my family were very eager to go to India for the Last Rites of our beloved Guru to be held on the 17th August 2016 15:30 IST. I had been ringing around Travel Agents to get Tickets for Myself and my 2 children but to no avail. Finally, I called Crystal Travel and spoke to a very pleasant Young Man. I spoke to this man regarding my concerns and that I wanted Tickets to go to India by tonight being 15th August 2016. He took all my details and told me to have faith and he will do his best to get me tickets so that I can be in India ASAP. He stated that he would get back to me as soon as he gets something for me and said I will call you back. He called me back in an hour and stated that I have got tickets for you and your 2 Children flying from LHR to Delhi then Delhi to Ahmedabad arriving in AMD on the 16th August 20:00 IST. The Price of the Tickets was within my Budget and he instantly booked the tickets for us also confirming our seats and our Dietary requirements. He explained that these tickets were One way as he was not getting any confirmation of Return flights by any Airline due to high demand and it also being School Holidays. He also stated that Ma’am don’t worry about your return I will make sure that I do all I can to get you return booking ASAP and that was his promise to me. He kept in contact with me from the time I got to LHR for my Flight to Delhi through Check-in and as I was boarding the Flight. He took great care of me and my 2 Children as I was travelling with them on my own. Note he was not a known person to me but whilst talking to him he made me feel special. As I Arrived in Delhi he again called to make sure that the journey was hassle free and that if I had any issues. I stated all went very well and now waiting for my next flight. He again called just before my next flight from Delhi to AMD and made sure that we were ok and that there were no problems in the Airport. I mentioned that due to his Magic all was well and that we were very comfortable and happy for what he has done for us. He also again mentioned that Ma’am I have not forgotten about your return tickets but be rest assured that hook or crook I will get you your return flights and will keep in touch with you. Due to Indian Festival Holidays I did not hear from him so I called Crystal Travel and Spoke to someone that I would like to speak to the person I dealt with before regarding my return booking as he mentioned that he will contact me but I have not heard from him  but she mentioned that he had not been to the office for the past 3 Days due to Personal circumstances. She stated that she would pass my message to Him and tell him to get in contact with me ASAP. In the meantime, my Husband also contacted Crystal Travel from the UK and spoke to a man regarding my return flights and wanted to speak to the person I dealt with before and stated that he was not in the office but would get hold of him and get him to ring me urgently. At around 23:30 BST my Husband received a message from the person I dealt with before stating that he had been given messages from two colleagues to contact him urgently. He stated in the message that he would go to the office first thing tomorrow morning and would sort out the flights for me and my 2 Children to come back to the UK. The other person mentioned that due to his personal circumstances he had not been in the office for the past 3 Days but due to his word and commitment towards his clients (passengers) he still put aside his problems and came to the aid of his clients. He is a very enthusiastic polite and very humble young man and has great pleasure in the job he does. He called me in the afternoon the following day and stated Ma’am I am very sorry for not getting back to you and was very apologetic and stated that he had been successful in getting me and securing 3 tickets for my return back to the UK. He emailed me the inventory and told to me check everything over and email him back so that he can confirm the booking. I went through the email and confirmed to him  that all was ok and that he could go ahead and book the tickets for us. He booked the tickets and sent the e tickets to me as soon as I had confirmed with him. He did mention that the journey will be a long one but as I had mentioned to him on the phone that I had to be back in the UK by latest 6th September due to work commitments this was the best way for me to get home to the UK. The flight was from AMD to Delhi, Delhi to China, China to LHR on the 5th Sept 2016 arriving in the UK on the 6th Sept 2016 15:00 BST. He  contacted me when I got to Delhi as there was a long hold of approx 12 Hrs to ask if he could be of any help and book us a Hotel as I was travelling with 2 children and Delhi was not a known location for me. I stated that we are ok for the length of hold and that if anything I would be in contact. He was calling me at regular intervals to make sure that we were ok and that if he could do anything more to make this length of waiting time go quicker but I said to him not to worry and that we will be fine. He made a final call to me just before boarding the flight from Delhi to China to make sure that all was ok and mentioned that the flight was delayed for 40 mins I thanked him for his concern and wished him all the best and that I will speak to him as soon as I land at Heathrow. We as a family travel to different countries throughout the year for short or long breaks and we have never had any experience with any travel Agent like him. He has showed his care and concern towards his clients and has been a great support throughout our unplanned travel to India. I would like to send my sincere thanks to the people I dealt with for all their help and concern for us. I would also be recommending Crystal Travel to my Family and Friends for tickets as this company has a lot of potential going further with the staff it employs. Our special Thanks to the person I dealt with for all his hard work, effort and great support he has shown towards us.

I found crystal travel to be very good value for money, of which was almost unbeatable in the travel market. My son did the booking for me as I was at work. I would reccommend Crystal Travel to anyone as I have never had any problems with their service or recieving my e-tickets. I also had a chance to talk to 2 of the customer service agents, which provided excelent customer service and went out of their way to help me find a flight. Thank You Very Much for your help as it is always appreciated. It took less than 24 hours to recieve my e-ticket, as the transaction was almost instant. Once again i give 5 stars for Crystal Travel. Found pricing for a Crystal Travel fare through a comparison website. The result loaded up correctly on their site, where sometimes I have seen on other sites that it isn't the same flight details or the fare price is slightly out. The whole transaction was smooth and the e-ticket was issued quickly after a confirmation email was sent to say that the seat has been reserved. I received a follow up call from a Customer Service rep to check if I had all the documents I needed and if there were any issues with my booking, which is a nice touch as After-care is an after thought for most travel agents. I would highly recommend Crystal Travel and will definitely book tickets through them again in the future.
