Ordered 4 Pillows for £27.00 on 8th April and I am still waiting for them !!!! I have emailed them on several occasions only to be ignored (except for 1 email they sent on 1st May saying they would look into it) I have asked for a replacement or full refund - and surprise, surprise this has been ignored. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 3 items on 8 February and paid by paypal. Have now opened a dispute - no contact from company, no goods received and e-mails and telephone messages have been ignored. They do not answer the 'phone, a message directs you to their website e-mail or e-bay messaging. I am surprised there are positive reviews for this company. Very disappointed, would definitely NOT recommend.

I ordered a duvet set on 30th January and money was taken from my account the following day. Have phoned several times and an answer machine tells you go to their website. Have sent at least 10 emails via their website and have not had a reply. I think this company is just a scam. DO NOT USE IT!

Ordered shower curtain before Christmas, as I write I still have not had this delivered. Have tried phoning, emailing, still not managed any contavt with this firm. Have now gone to my credit card to get money back. Do not buy anything from this firm-total rip off

order item 15th of December, took money on 29th and still no delivery have emailed 3 times and number on website is no use! i work in customer services and this is disgraceful i am suprised that it has got good reviews.

Absolutely appalling service. Item received (eventually) is not item ordered. Phone number on website either doesn't work or they ignore ringing telephone. Customer service skills severely lacking. Will never deal with them again and sincerely urge others not to bother unless you enjoy dealing with shoddy operators. You would get better service off the back of a lorry behind a pub! If they had even let me know the product I wanted wasn't available that would be something, but to wait quite a lengthy period of time for it to be delievered and then to be the wrong item, with no apology or explanation, is disgusting. The item they subsituted is not even listed on their site! Very dodgy indeed.

i bough an egyptian cotton duvet cover set from duvet ...it arrived with in the time specifed( 3rd day after payment) very happy with my duvet set .. I would have paid double if i bought from any high street retailer...i love buying online ...

Terrible company, would not recommend to anyone, ordered towels over 2 weeks ago and still haven't recieved them. I have contacted the company on several occasions and found the staff unproffessional and not interested. They were quick to take the money though!
