“Spend ages on the phone to amend booking”

I wanted to amend my booking and spent 45 min on the phone on hold. Sent them an email and auto reply message informed me it would be looked at within 48h! Finally I've learned that rebooking fee is £150! plus difference in price. And any amendments can be done only between 10am-5pm as the customer service is open only within those hours... … Read Full Review

“NO REFUND!!!”

I booked two flights to Mauritius and had to cancel 8 days before. I was told that I wouldn't get any refund at all. Only Airport taxes. Lost nearly £600! Appalling service, waited 30 minutes on phone, got passed around to different people. I was told that if I had booked it on the phone then things would be different. Don't use Netflights!!! I agree with the positive reviews on here. My mum has booked many times to Australia with Netflights with no problems, and i have booked my future trip to Oz with them. The guy dealing with our booking was friendly and helpful and even got me and my mum who booked separately, seats next to each other on the plane. They send newsletters in the lead up to you going just asking if you need any more help, and ideas with travel ins, car hire etc. All in all, a great company and will definitely book… Read Full Review

booked 2 flights to Cape town on Emirates back in june 2011 for departure october 2011.Netflights sent confirmation and ref number. Tried to access booking info on emirates website but number was not recognised.Eventually got the right number and found no seats were allocated.Rang netflights who then booked all seats for all 4 legs with seat numbers. “Failure to respond to and deal with constant emails”

I have booked with Netflights, flights to Florida also accommodation at three locations in Florida and Car Hire. Due to a change of flight dates by Delta, I needed to change hotel dates as well. This may or may not have been done because after numerous emails requesting details of the changes made I have not received any update from Netflights and I am left with the uncertainty of not really knowing if the amendments have been made. We booked and paid for a convertible car to fully enjoy a USA fly drive through netflights. When we arrived in Denver Dollar car hire had no convertibles and we were given a far inferior vehicle which to be honest put a real damper on our holiday as we were looking forward to enjoying the roads and great weather and it was my wifes 50th. “Overpriced and very unhelpful for car hire”

We booked a car through Netflights.com but had to change our plans so 5 days later we we tried to change the date of the booking. We were told there was a £50 amendment fee and that this was a fee that they were charged by Hertz, the company they placed our booking with. We contacted Hertz and were told that they don't make any charge at all for amendments or cancellations within 7 days as they appreciate that peoples's plans can change. People are always quick to post negative reviews so I just thought I'd say how great this company has always been for me. I've used them for about 4 long haul flights now and found them very competent with excellent customer service. Any queries are dealt with by email in a matter of hours. “False Advertising - Beware and Do Not Use This Website ”

Netflights advertised both Direct and Indirect flights from London Heathrow to the US. I chose Direct, purchased the ticket, my receipt showed a Direct flight. When going to the airline that was I to be flying with, it showed that not only was I scheduled for an Indirest flight, I had to change planes as well. Shocking. Got name on tickets wrong. Took 4 separate phone calls to fix and then they are sending the e-tickets to wrong email. Said they reserved seats but when I called - again - to confirm they said they could only "recommend" seats to the airline. Was never told this before!! We are a family with small children and need seats together. For piece of mind DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - even if they offer cheap flights. It's not worth the hassle and worry. Im absolutely disgusted with their service. They make you pay for the calls, yet, make you wait for more than an hour being passed on. The agents are rude and obviously miserable about their jobs.

The website is inadequate. It emphasizes only on price but doesn't highlight the terms and details of each transaction which could mislead customers… Read Full Review

I couldn't have written this review better myself! I had a similar experience recently having booked direct flights to New York to then be told they had been changed to indirect - although they were happy to refund they did not take into account all of the phone calls I had to make as they kept referring me to different numbers only to be told that the person I had been told to ring couldn't deal with my refund (this happened twice!) - I also found the staff rude and having then tried to deal with them through email - found them extremely unhelpful and not apologetic in the least!

“Just come back from a trip to Las Vegas. Booked...”

Just come back from a trip to Las Vegas. Booked flights and hotels with Netflights.com via there call centre. Tried to book the holiday on-line but struggled getting the hotel confirmed so I called the call centre and the staff were most helpful. They manged to find the flights and hotel i was looking for at a price better than i could get on line with anyone else. The whole booking process took less than 10 minutes. Invoice and tickets came via e-mail within 48 hours.

Absolutely keep away from this shocking bunch of bar stewards they will take your money make mistakes with your booking then blaim everybody except themselves. You will never, repeat never get to talk with a person after phoning and telling them who you are, once they know your complaining your put on hold for as long as you want to wait because they will never connect you to customer services.
