Im absolutely disgusted with their service. They make you pay for the calls, yet, make you wait for more than an hour being passed on. The agents are rude and obviously miserable about their jobs.

The website is inadequate. It emphasizes only on price but doesn't highlight the terms and details of each transaction which could mislead customers… Read Full Review

You can email them. The response is very quick and it saves you hanging on the phone. the calls are expensive!

I couldn't have written this review better myself! I had a similar experience recently having booked direct flights to New York to then be told they had been changed to indirect - although they were happy to refund they did not take into account all of the phone calls I had to make as they kept referring me to different numbers only to be told that the person I had been told to ring couldn't deal with my refund (this happened twice!) - I also found the staff rude and having then tried to deal with them through email - found them extremely unhelpful and not apologetic in the least!

“Just come back from a trip to Las Vegas. Booked...”

Just come back from a trip to Las Vegas. Booked flights and hotels with Netflights.com via there call centre. Tried to book the holiday on-line but struggled getting the hotel confirmed so I called the call centre and the staff were most helpful. They manged to find the flights and hotel i was looking for at a price better than i could get on line with anyone else. The whole booking process took less than 10 minutes. Invoice and tickets came via e-mail within 48 hours.

Absolutely keep away from this shocking bunch of bar stewards they will take your money make mistakes with your booking then blaim everybody except themselves. You will never, repeat never get to talk with a person after phoning and telling them who you are, once they know your complaining your put on hold for as long as you want to wait because they will never connect you to customer services. I would advise that you avoid this site at all costs. Their 'headline' prices look brilliant, but every time you then ring them to try to book a flight, you are told, "oh, I'm sorry that price is no longer available....I can do it for you for .." and you are quoted a price several hundred pounds over their website price. Log back on five minutes later, and Lo! and Behold! that price which was "no longer available" is still showing on the first page.

OK unless you need to contact customer services, or their emergency helpline, or email, or phone, or even their MD! Don't even try as the exasperation will set in or, like me, you have the zeal to damage their reputation.
You can get the same flights and prices elsewhere. I strongly recommend that you avoid Netflights at all costs - just not worth the risk if you have any sort of problem… Read Full Review

“I booked flights one evening for myself and my friend...”

I booked flights one evening for myself and my friend to go to Thailand. Three of us checked all the information thoroughly before booking and all of the information was correct, but when the confirmation came through it had the wrong return flight, bringing us back to Gatwick instead of Heathrow. <br/>We have read your review and have taken it into deep consideration. Firstly our website is designed to offer alternatives so upon selecting London Heathrow. The search will come up with alternatives as well. In your case it came up with London Gatwick. This is to offer the best possible price.
<br/>When you contacted our customer amendments team to try and sort this they will follow set procedures to try and help you change this. If the tickets have been ticketed to make any change will come at a fee as stated In the terms and conditions. You are right the fee is usually &pound;75 with emirates. As you had booked through a third party supplier the fee we was passing onto yourself would have been that &pound;75 plus our &pound;50 admin fee and the difference in fare and tax for the new fare.
<br/>We advise we would look into this which can take up to 7 working days. The process is that we would look at the whole of your booking process to see what happens. We are sorry if this took longer than the usual time.

One the biggest mistake I ever made was to book my flight through netflights to save few pounds. Customer service department is next to none and when they pick up the phone very rude. "Its not my department ... " Waiting que on telephone is 40-60 minutes.
Even their website is faulty my departure date on their website was 3 April and instead the booking I received was departure date set as 27 March 2011… Read Full Review

Customer service is terrible. How to loose customers!

I called to select my seats and ask a question. The woman hung up on me and then cut me off every time I rang back.
I then went through to sales and the rep there just put me on hold in mid sentence and just left me hanging.

I have actually booked with them 4 times before but seeing how their customer service has deteriorated I will never book with them again.

Even worse there is nobody to complaint to ... only the customer service… Read Full Review

This company have to be the worst i have ever dealt with, 20 mins in a queue on an 087 number, is the least time i have waited, Today after 65 minutes i gave up. I sent them an email while i was in the queue requesting the info to change my flight booked via netflight with Kenya airways. I received the email called Kentan airways, amended the booking and paid the fee while i was still in the queue for customer services. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not ever book anything with netflights.com they are joke! My husband landed in alicante aitport went to the car hire company and after waiting one hour they said they wouldn't honour the booking but gave no explanation other than he had to ring netflights he tried for several hours to be put through but was never connected he then had to find another car hire company as he was already one hour late for a very important meeting!....nightmare… Read Full Review
