Netflights advertised both Direct and Indirect flights from London Heathrow to the US. I chose Direct, purchased the ticket, my receipt showed a Direct flight. When going to the airline that was I to be flying with, it showed that not only was I scheduled for an Indirest flight, I had to change planes as well. Shocking. Got name on tickets wrong. Took 4 separate phone calls to fix and then they are sending the e-tickets to wrong email. Said they reserved seats but when I called - again - to confirm they said they could only "recommend" seats to the airline. Was never told this before!! We are a family with small children and need seats together. For piece of mind DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - even if they offer cheap flights. It's not worth the hassle and worry. Im absolutely disgusted with their service. They make you pay for the calls, yet, make you wait for more than an hour being passed on. The agents are rude and obviously miserable about their jobs.

Just come back from a trip to Las Vegas. Booked flights and hotels with Netflights.com via there call centre. Tried to book the holiday on-line but struggled getting the hotel confirmed so I called the call centre and the staff were most helpful. They manged to find the flights and hotel i was looking for at a price better than i could get on line with anyone else. The whole booking process took less than 10 minutes. Invoice and tickets came via e-mail within 48 hours.

Absolutely keep away from this shocking bunch of bar stewards they will take your money make mistakes with your booking then blaim everybody except themselves. You will never, repeat never get to talk with a person after phoning and telling them who you are, once they know your complaining your put on hold for as long as you want to wait because they will never connect you to customer services. I would advise that you avoid this site at all costs. Their 'headline' prices look brilliant, but every time you then ring them to try to book a flight, you are told, "oh, I'm sorry that price is no longer available....I can do it for you for .." and you are quoted a price several hundred pounds over their website price. Log back on five minutes later, and Lo! and Behold! that price which was "no longer available" is still showing on the first page.

OK unless you need to contact customer services, or their emergency helpline, or email, or phone, or even their MD! Don't even try as the exasperation will set in or, like me, you have the zeal to damage their reputation.

I booked flights one evening for myself and my friend to go to Thailand. Three of us checked all the information thoroughly before booking and all of the information was correct, but when the confirmation came through it had the wrong return flight, bringing us back to Gatwick instead of Heathrow. One the biggest mistake I ever made was to book my flight through netflights to save few pounds. Customer service department is next to none and when they pick up the phone very rude. "Its not my department ... " Waiting que on telephone is 40-60 minutes.

Customer service is terrible. How to loose customers!
I called to select my seats and ask a question. The woman hung up on me and then cut me off every time I rang back.
I then went through to sales and the rep there just put me on hold in mid sentence and just left me hanging.
I have actually booked with them 4 times before but seeing how their customer service has deteriorated I will never book with them again.
