I bought my unlock code last 21st of February this year and I received the same email as everyone else that I wasn't gonna get the unlock code as my carrier put a hold on my IEMI and in 7 days refund was following suit. I sent a barrage of emails after emails and by the way meanwhile within a week of requesting the unlock code got the unlock code for free from my carrier, I blamed myself for that. Ultimately today it took me one call to the bank to get my money back as a goodwill gesture from my bank, bless them. Someone suggested to shame them and yep I've done it today over Action Fraud UK, if you do so, be specific to tell them you're doing for others too. Lastly don't be impatient like I was check if you can unlock by yourself then if you like me contacted your previous carrier wait for the code to come back, whatever you do don't let these wasters getting away with murder.

paid £5.99 for an unlock code and received the same email as everyone else sorry cannot unlock your device we will refund within 7 days no refund arrived and emails were ignored contacted my card issuer and raised a chargeback got the £5.99 back in my account within 2 days Everyone who has been taken in should do the same contact your card issuer and send them the companies email saying device could not be unlocked and that a refund would be processed send them a copy of your email to them asking why the refund was not processed and when it will be processed and send a print out of these reviews you will get an immediate refund and the merchant account will be hit by a chargeback most merchant accounts charge the business an extra fee for every chargeback that comes in often around £15 so this will really cost them money and after so many chargebacks the account provider will close the businesses account.

We do apologise for this and suggest you make direct contact with your network provider and request that they release the hold on the IMEI. We will of course issue you with a refund, this can take up to 7 days to show in your account. Once again thanks for using Unlock A mobile." Then When I requested another got nothing except the payment acknowledgement. Sent 5 mails no support. Why is this site not removed? DO NOT USE

This company will take your £5.99 - not offer an unlock code and then ignore all your emails regarding a refund. It's been a month since I first paid them.

The unlock code did not work, and was promised a refund, but No refund and tried to contact customer support but was unable to contact them. Don't Use This Company.

Requested unlock and paid £5.99, email received instantly confirming they cannot do it. Email support and have had no reply - poor customer service and no doubt will not get refund. I will raise complaint through VISA.

unlockamobile.co.uk Take your payment and send a report saying phone cannot be unlocked. As all the other reviews say the refund is never made, This will now be reported to Action Fraud UK. I would suggest everyone takes the time to report this to get the site closed down. Do not use unless you want to pay £5.99 for a useless email!!

Same as everybody else, ordered and paid with confirmation email coming straight away, No code ever supplied and every email sent for a refund ignored. This site should be closed down,they have no contact details or address. Do not use

Placed an order, got an immediate response acknowledging order, then NOTHING. It's a crime that this "company" can get away with it. Requested a response, still nothing. There is no phone number to call and "support" are unresponsive.

Paid for unlocking received an email within minutes stating that they could not unlock my phone. Said I would receive refund within 5 working days. A month and several emails later still no joy.

This company promises a refund if they cannot unlock your phone and you will never receive the code or refund be very careful and pay by paypal do not use your debit card.

They couldn't unlock my phone so they email me and say they will refund me but it's been more then a month they didn't refund me I sent them lots of emails but never got a reply, unlockamobile just a sham don't use their service you will regret.

PAID FOR THE UNLOCK SERVICE ON THE 28th of Sept. I received an email immediately stating that they could not unlock my phone and they were going to refund my money. Today is Oct 13th and after 3 emails about my refund I have not received no response or my refund. This is a very shady business and everybody report the website.

Be aware of this website which is using Shopify as payment method since they will never refund your payment!! contacted their support and they wont refund the payment and don't care if the website is shamming as long as they are getting paid too!

The same thing has happened to me.
Paid the £5.99 and did not receive an unlocking code and was advised to contact my provider.
They said my refund would follow within 5 days but nothing yet and no reply to my emails either.
