Booking a flight through Dreamtravels is the worst nightmare of my entire family. They are fraudulent and quite slippery to handle. I still cannot get my ticket booked 4 months ago for a journey to commence in 5 days. They coned me to get extra money with a promise of immediate supply of my ticket, yet nothing is happening and they have started placing my calls on endless holds or someone simply saying nobody is available and I dont know about your case.THEY ARE SIMPLY FRAUDSTERS. Hi All, Dream world is really nice and friendly place to book tickets all over the UK. My story is this I was looking for cheap ticket and I tried many travel agencies, when i spoke to Dream World it was so nice talking the customer services is best and they deal me like a family person. One in all a week ago we dont know each other and within a week i was their customer and our relations turns into friendship now. Such a lovely and nice place to talk to trust.

I've booked my flights to Mauritius with dream world travel, believe me i have nerver found such a customer oriented company and the way they have helped us in getting 15 seats with such a good fare. I am really thankful and i recommend others to use this company. (read more)

i don't know about the other's but my experiance with dream world was very nice . I reserved a flight with them in july for december travelling to bkk. they asked me to pay the remaining balance by the end of october but i was unable to pay them . In the mean while the airport taxes also increased but despite of asking me to pay anything extra they arranged a flight for bkk for me on the same fare with a better connection on Qatar airways ... Regarding to the problem I have with dream world travel limited. I got the phone call back from Omar to apologise and explain the reason of the delaying is due to his many works commitment. That why he couldn't send me ticket straight away yesterday.
However, he solved the problem very quick and sent me e-ticket which I have confirmed from the airline.
In my opinion,this problem occur partly because I was panic and worried about my ticket.

Never use this agent
I booked a 3 tickets to South Africa with this agent and requested that i pay a dep of 240, which i pai. Since then I have been trying to contact them to pay the balance but they say the person who deal with my reservatuion is not available. I have tried calling today 3 times but nobody returned my call. We are supposed to fly on 2nd Dec, returning on 05 Jan however they now asking us to change the dates. If I could leave a minus score on the rating stars, I would. This company is the worst company i have ever dealt with, and I will never use them again, or recommend them.
We booked our tickets to Cape Town via Dubai in January. I was told at the time I could pay a deposit, and the balance a month before departure. We decided to pay the balance of the tickets off early so in August I called to pay the balance on our debit card, which is how we paid the deposit. This is when the problems... (read more)

I booked my flights to dubai/karachi via dream world in Ealing. They said that I should pay the full price straight away otherwise the airline might cancel the tickets. I did so straightaway.
Despite that they did not give me my e-tickets straight away and made one excuse after another. which included
1. Your tickets are booked don't worry
2. We don't issue e-Tickets straightaway cause if the airline makes any changes we would not know once the booking is ticketed and we cannot inform the... (read more)

I have booked my ticket two weeks ago. I have fully paid my ticket as I want to be sure that everything will be fine. I haven't received an eticket neither a receipt. No doubt that there is something wrong. The sales executive is Nouman B, he is dealing with my request and every time that I ask for something he came up with an excuse.
So far I have no receipt, no eticket and I have already paid £750.
THIS IS NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY! This is not a Dream but a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! (read more)
