“Very happy repeat customer, but wouldn't recommend again!”

I have booked several times with lowcostholidays.com including for 3 trips this coming year, in fact, I'd now not go anywhere else to book. I've never had a problem and my holidays and city breaks have always gone just fine, I've only ever once had to speak to a member of staff and that was handled perfectly. “Failure to respond to an email”

A villa with pool was booked for 2. The pool was not usable due to no heating being available which I would have been happy to pay extra for at the resort.A different type of accommodation could have been made available but was not. I'm sorry to hear that this happened to you. I received your email in the reviews mailbox this afternoon and have been investigating this since.

I've spoken to our Customer Relations Team Leader and she has advised that your email that was sent on the 5th of January was received and acknowledged. In that acknowledgement you will have been advised that it could take up to 28 days to get back to you, making your response date the 1st of February. I'm sorry that you're unhappy with this time, however it is necessary in order to provide you with a full and fair response.

We will however continue to look into this and endeavor to get back to you as soon as we can.

Checked holidays on line first and then called them. Could not have been more helpful.Originally booked a weekend break in Prague. Was so impressed that we booked a later holiday in Rhodes. I'm truly sorry to hear about the issue you've faced. Please let me assure you that this is not our standard practise and we always aim to provide the highest level of customer care. We require details to be matched to protect our customers from fraud, however if the booking is made, our finance team is deeply checking the situation. I sincerely apologise also if you have found received information misleading, but it may take up to 48 hours to get booking confirmation. This time is needed to make sure that transaction has been processed correctly and to secure all booking components.

I would like to assure you that this is not our standard practice of customer care and occasionally it may happen that the booking has not created straight away. When this happens we advise our customers about the issue and let them decide whether they wish to proceed or cancel and receive a full refund. “Disgusted with customer care”

I have spoke to number people over the past couple of days and have been on the phone for over 4hr and 15mins Which includes the waiting time! I have received no booking confirmation (since booking over 2 weeks ago) for my hotel and had requested twin beds, upon phoning the hotel to make sure this request has gone through they do not have a booking for me. Please let me inform you that your case is in progress and we kindly ask you for some patience. Unfortunately we are unable to speed up this process because of the specific procedures between us, suppliers and hotels.
Your accommodation was booked through the third party supplier, which means that we are contacting them and they are the one who need to contact the hotel directly. We've advised you that supplier assured us your booking is confirmed with the hotel. Every reservation have their own specific number, so they just need to receive the reference number of your reservation in the hotel, and we can pass it to you so you can call the hotel and check your reservation is confirmed.
We are truly unable to make this process faster and we will contact you as soon as we receive any update from the supplier.
Moreover, I can assure you your request has been made, however we cannot guarantee it as it's subject to the hotels availability.
I really hope it clear things up for you.

“Good for price and short timescale”

This was booked on a very short timescale and the hotel was reflective of its 3 star status. Anyway, there is so much to do in the surrounding area that we had a great time and would recommend the destination all day long. THe food was decent at the hotel, but became a bit repetitive as with any all inclusive resort I would expect. “Would Definitely Use Again”

Extremely pleased with Lowcost Holidays. It was easy and quick to book the holiday online with no hidden costs and everything went smoothly. The instructions once the holiday was booked were very clear and it was just a case of printing out the confirmation and checking in online yourself to the flight and that was it. “Simply amazing!”

It started with an excellent flight with easy jet and all arrived on time. Little delay at the airport as we were shepherded off with a chap who claimed to be our driver, but wasn't and a local cab driver! We politely declined and headed back to the airport. There was a 30 minute wait while we waited for our shared transfer, but wasn't in a massive hurry. Arrived at the hotel and we're thrilled with the location, right by the Termini. “Good value but after the change of owner some wrinkles”

A good week with the apartments as expected. On the first night the second bedroom hadn't been opened. If you wanted anything doing eg a safety deposit box reception couldn't help you had to go to the main office on the front. Still good value and clean if a little tatty. Nice and easy travel the only problem we had was the bus transfer they did not have a clue wot bus we were on and tryed to drop us at a hotel that we were not booked into it took 2 hours to get to out hotel that should have only taken 15 min the hotel we were in was great nice place friendly staff good accommodation the bus on the way bk the driver was not happy as he thought we were at a different hotel… Read Full Review
