“Avoid!! Dont expect any help when they mess up your...”

Booked in May 2015, group of 14 for a wedding. Choose the flights i wanted, phoned through to ensure the booking was done properly and we all had the exact same travel plans and all was well. But now with 11 weeks to go and they have put us on different flights and split our group! Get this!! told me they would locate the initial booking call to verify my side of the story and its convienently gone missing! So they wont do anything to help me based on this fact. Well thought i would update so that people can undertsand that nothing at all will be done about it, despite the 'investigation'. Im still waiting for my recording of my initial booking call you are refusing to find.

Everything will not be sorted, so im still facing difficulties that you keep trying to downplay.

There are seats available on the flight, yet im being told it was not possible to book me with my family? you are still selling seats for that very flight!! its truely disgusting you did not even attempt to try and make it right. just spewed your FAQs and terms and conditions that didnt answer any of my questions or even apply to this case.

Im deeply upset by this matter and the way low cost have 'attempted' to deal with it. what ever happened to going above and beyond for your customers? trying to do your best to help?! i dread to think what will happen if i experience any problems out there, i have no confidence in your company whatsoever im afraid.

“Amended my Holiday”

Got a great service as I booked my holiday think none of my mates could get away so had to amend the holiday I booked I rang customer service was a bit of a wait. Once I got through the guy who dealt with my enquiry on a Sunday too, that I was able to amend my holiday. I added my mate and now we go in 10 days time and I can't wait. “shocking disorganised audacious service”

unacceptable company responsibility Paid for our holiday 4 weeks ago. Had a phone call yesterday to inform they had an issue with our booking and had to cancel due to lack of seats. They said they were to refund but they only refunded cost of accommodation. When I called them to discuss further they told me I had to deal with the airline to get flight refund. “Corfu palace hotel”

Arrived full of hope at lovely hotel entrance BUT no spa, no beach beds on the beach, no lift down to the beach as advertised, - been told these things may be available by Friday ........asked to wait 1 hrs for the room - still waiting 2.5 hrs later, asked to speak to the manager only to be told I need to book an appointment with him.........still waiting to know when!! “Very let down.”

Whilst in Tenerife in June 2014, I had to cut my holiday short as my mother suddenly became seriously ill and she subsequently died days later. “Excellent site, definitely worth using!”

I was provided with an excellent service . As soon as I purchased my holiday package, I received an immediate email from the hotel saying that they have received my booking. The price was also unbelievably cheap, I was actually surprisingly shocked than compared to the quotes offered from other websites. I would definitely recommend this site to a friend. Why did your staff tell me it was the Airlines' responsibility to refund me directly.

A rudimentary review of your system will let you know the 2 people flying Norwegian on Jan 27 who missed their flight. Haave previously tried -as have friends to contact you via your website-to no avail-but will try again keeping the good folk -and my parliamentary contacts -up to speed on developments.

I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience you've faced. Once the booking is made there is 72 hours to receive booking confirmation as this is the time to secure all the components. We work on a live system and in travel industry prices may fluctuate quite quickly, sometimes even while booking process. We do not own any of the airlines we sell and unfortunately we're unable to cover price difference.

Holiday site again
I was on thomson flights to get a price
before I tried to book through low cost holiday
Then when I got told by your sales team the price had gone up
I went back to thomson flight it went up by £30 !!!!

We recently booked to stay in the Double Tree Grand Key resort in Florida Keys, after looking at various sites/costs like Booking.com decided to go with LCH who we have used previously & found it very good.
