“good quality service and helpful staff”

i was not able to compleate my booking online so had 2 call, very helpful man helped me with my booking and explained all the small print. the price of the holiday had gone up but only by a few pounds during the call we were cut off and he called me back within a few seconds. will defo book with lowcost holidays again, thanks… Read Full Review

We wanted a low cost holiday. We carried out a number of on-line enquiries. Having ended up at lowcostholidays, we ended up with just what we wanted (without specifically knowing what we were looking for). “Very let down.”

Whilst in Tenerife in June 2014, I had to cut my holiday short as my mother suddenly became seriously ill and she subsequently died days later. Despite several attempts to contact your representatives whilst in Tenerife to get an emergency flight home I was unable to get any assistance and had to book a fight with anther agency. “Excellent site, definitely worth using!”

I was provided with an excellent service . As soon as I purchased my holiday package, I received an immediate email from the hotel saying that they have received my booking. The price was also unbelievably cheap, I was actually surprisingly shocked than compared to the quotes offered from other websites. I would definitely recommend this site to a friend. “Why are you ILLEGALLY withholding my money?”

Why did your staff tell me it was the Airlines' responsibility to refund me directly.

A rudimentary review of your system will let you know the 2 people flying Norwegian on Jan 27 who missed their flight. Haave previously tried -as have friends to contact you via your website-to no avail-but will try again keeping the good folk -and my parliamentary contacts -up to speed on developments.

I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience you've faced. Once the booking is made there is 72 hours to receive booking confirmation as this is the time to secure all the components. We work on a live system and in travel industry prices may fluctuate quite quickly, sometimes even while booking process. We do not own any of the airlines we sell and unfortunately we're unable to cover price difference.
I can imagine it's an unpleasant situation and I sincerely apologise for your disappointment.

Holiday site again
I was on thomson flights to get a price
before I tried to book through low cost holiday
Then when I got told by your sales team the price had gone up
I went back to thomson flight it went up by £30 !!!!

We recently booked to stay in the Double Tree Grand Key resort in Florida Keys, after looking at various sites/costs like Booking.com decided to go with LCH who we have used previously & found it very good. Very unhelpful staff told me that it will not be possible even though their Terms & Conditions state otherwise. I work hard for my money and I can't afford to keep paying masses of money. Would never ever use this company again, resort advertised as suitable for families. In reality resort was occupied 95% by stag parties, one of whom thought it was ok to urinate at the poolside! We moved apartment three times due to air conditioning not working. Yes I contacted your in resort team whilst on holiday, they said we could change resorts for our last three nights. Unfortunately this was offered with a cost of £600 to us, not surprisingly we declined. I feel totally let down by lowcost holidays, not even offered any compensation as a goodwill gesture! Have never experienced such bad customer service.

We booked a 4* HTOP Secret break in CALELLA. We knew we could get allocated any of their hotels in CALELLA. 2 days before we were due out Locost got back to us to confirm we had been booked in to the CALETA Palace - 50km FURTHER than Calella from Barcelona Airport. Given the time we get in to Barcelona Airport, the transfers would be 9 euros by train to Calella or the ONLY option 350 Euros by taxi to Caleta!!!! And they wondered why I was upset.
