“Great cycling holiday”

Great holiday in Fergus Style Porta Pollenca. Good facilities for cyclists. Plenty of food on the buffet. Hotel could be noisy at night and the plumbing was very noisy as the main pipe ran down my room wall. Staff were unobtrusive but helpful when approached… Read Full Review

“Tenerife in April”

Very nearly a bad start to holiday - we paid to go in premier lounge at airport but got so comfortable, didnt see the gate numbers for the plane literally ran down boarding corridor getting passports checked on the way (think Home Alone film) and we were told they were getting ready to take bags off - got a round of applause when we boarded plane ! I booked my recent holiday to Fuerteventura through low cost holidays – flight, accommodation and transfers and it was really simply to do and they supplied plenty of information to assist me and update me within the upcoming months to the departure date. I booked through Low cost holidays fpr my 30th holiday to go to Dubai. Overall, i was happy and enjoyed myself. However, the hotel stated it had unlimited wifi but this was not the case i was only able to watsapp msg not video call. Which was disappointing. Also, i think the food could have been muvh better and that it shkuld be indicated what kind of fod is offered at the hotel. I booked this trip for my husband's 50th and we both had a wonderful time. The hotel was great and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We liked the fact that the sounding area was so quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. There is so much to see and do in Venice and we liked the variety of restaurant options. “Great time had”

Hotel was in a good position for us. Lots of hotels closer to beach but the walk wasn't far and meant we were also in a good position for the theme park. Didn't do any swimming as went in April so wasn't warm enough but didn't want it too warm when taking a 2 year old. Partly picked hotel as mentioned indoor pool. The pool is on a floor that is only for adults so no good for us with a toddler although this isn't made obvious on lowcost website!! Salad options in restaurant take up the same… Read Full Review

“Florence in spring”

The flight went well, no delays. Arrived on time. Travel to Florence from Pisa airport was easy. The bus service connected with the flights. The hotel was very good although a bit out of the city. We travelled by bus into town as the bus stop was just outside the hotel and cost just 1.2 euros. Buses were every ten minutes. The hotel staff were helpful. The food was good. really enjoyed 5 night break in Portugal . low cost holidays were great in every aspect and well organised with booking going through quickly, only disappointment was Ryanair flights particularly astronomical baggage fees, only made clear when finalising the transaction - and to find that 90% of other passengers on flight seemed allowed to take hand baggage on board same size as my cases which were way above stated restricted sizes. also this is the only review I am likely to write as I object… Read Full Review

“Terrible Customer services ”

Contacted low cost holidays 4 times as I didn't receive my confirmation or answers to my questions. I Was told I would receive emails in regards to my questions, I am still waiting! I enquired about military discount, only to be told 48 hours had lapsed since I made the booking and it couldn't be applied. “transfer never arrived”

“very average but i didnt expect more”

hotel room clean and adequate paid for transfer and was put out on street by driver . when asking where hotel was i got a few grunts and a waved hand in the wrong direction . then spent nearly an hour wandering the streets after midnight trying to find hotel return transfer not much better . driver didnt seem to want to let me on as i didnt have some piece of paper . he eventually grudgingly gave in… Read Full Review

“Pricing of holiday packages and customer service”

My main problem with the service received occurred when I made the original booking which I did by 'phone with a member of your team and paid for it in full at that time. I'm very sorry to hear you feel this way as our aim is always to provide the best service. I completely understand your frustration, so please accept our apologies. The reason why you had to pay £70 extra is that unfortunately, depending on the airline, flight prices tend to fluctuate quite quickly, even while booking. We make no money from a flights sale, so we're unable to cover the difference in price. However, it does state in our terms and conditions “For changes or cancellations to flights, we will pass on to you the charges imposed by the suppliers of these services”. The contract that you’re referring to would be the travel documents that are sent to you when all components are confirmed. We would be unable to form a contract with you before that time, so a conversation discussing the terms and conditions of a booking would not constitute as a formal contract. Also, I'd like to apologise that our website wasn't updated at this time and may mislead. I’ll pass your comments onto our IT department to ensure that the automatic system is running smoothly.
