What a brilliant product. Having downsized my cutlery drawer considerably, I suddenly missed the fruit spoons when we entertained guests. Research on the WEB was a life saver! I've now got 12 of these beautiful stainless steel spoons, they are well balanced in design and comfortable to use.Each spoon was individually wrapped in a presentation box, safely packaged, and arrived in perfect condition.

I had such a lot of help from Glenda when I wanted to order some spoons from here in France. She was really, really friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to talk to her - more like chatting with a friend than a business. She also gave me some excellent advice which saved my some Euros, always useful! Finally, the goods arrived really quickly, beautifully packaged and exactly as described. They are just what we had hoped they would be and we are recommending Cutlery & Catering to our compatriots who live here. I ordered a set of pastry forks on Sunday (09/12/12).Because of the volume of Christmas mail, I expected the items to arrive next week at the earliest. I was pleasantly surprised when the items arrived 2 days after I ordered them. The pastry forks, which I bought for myself to use on Christmas Day, are excellent quality. When they arrived they were well packaged and in a nice gift box. This is good because after I have used and washed the forks, they can be put back in the box, until they are used again. I have no hesitation in buying products from Cutlery and Catering and I recommend the company to anyone. I spent the best part of a year looking for a certain type of pastry fork. Cutlery and Catering have been the only place I have been able to buy these pastry forks. The website was user friendly with big clear pictures. I would have liked a zoom button so that I could get a closer look at the cutlery like I can in an ordinary shop but that is my only grumble. Anyhow I ordered the cutlery on Friday, and on Saturday I received an email to let me know my order had been despatched. On Monday I received my entire order carefully packaged. The pastry forks are exactly what I was looking for! I would recommend Cutlery and Catering to a friend because the customer service is second to none.

I wanted some nice cutlery for my grandaughter, she struggles with most childrens cutlery as it tends to be quite chunky to hold. These are lovely and just right for her little hands. She loves them and can use them much better than the chunky ones.They are really good quality stainless steel, I am very pleased both with them and the customer service I recieved. Excellent!!

We were looking for some simple but good quality cutlery for every day use that wouldn't degrade in a dishwasher. I found this website and ordered some Windsor knives and forks to check quality. I ordered them on a Saturday evening, they arrived first thing Tuesday. We were so pleased with them, we placed a further order, which arrived on a 48hr delivery and now have a great set of everyday cutlery. My wife and I were presented with a beautiful 44 piece cutlery set for a recent anniversary; we wished to expand on it and find a suitable canteen to contain the entire set - some 75 pieces in all. Google had to be the answer! We had some difficulty finding the right pattern of cutlery until we tried www.cutleryandcatering.co.uk. Peter and Glenda were closing everything down prior to going on holiday so I could not order over the web. They very kindly took our order over the telephone however with the minimum of fuss and bother. The goods arrived on time, very securely packed. The canteen is superb and easily takes all our cutlery and the additional cutlery ordered completes out requirement. The overall service could not have been better and the attitude of putting the customer first was very refreshing. I recently bought this cast iron casserole dish from Cutlery and Catering and I love it! It is a very sturdy and well-made product with all the durability of Le Creuset at a fraction of the cost.

It is so convenient as I can brown meat and seal the juices on the hob in the same dish before leaving the meal to simmer away in the oven ready to eat whenever we are ready. No faffing about browning the meat in a different pan before transferring to the casserole. Everything really is done in one pot so cutting down on time, mess and washing up. The 6.5 litre size is big enough to feed a large family and / or use for batch cooking and, being large, everything stays inside the pot rather than bubbling over in the oven or splashing everywhere on the hob. The casserole is dishwasher safe but I've found that it's easy enough to wash by hand.

It's a beautiful colour (a gorgeous red) and looks good taken straight from oven to table to serve from, and when it's not being used for cooking wonderful warming meals it looks very decorative on the worktop. It isn't something you necessarily want to hide away in a cupboard.
