The support team was onto an issue on the server and fixed it within hours. They are patient and very respectful too and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. I'm very happy with Unlimited Web Hosting especially their support team and would recommend them to anyone looking to change hosting providers. You won't regret it!

We've been with Unlimited Web Hosting for a number of years now, and we've never had any issues with them. I've just taken over from our outgoing web manager and had a few things I wasn't too sure on and needed to change the name on the account to mine. I contacted their support team; the questions were answered within minutes of submitting, and the name changed once I'd provided the relevant documentation. I found the support team's extremely prompt responses welcoming, friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. Based on our years of reliant service and my recent interaction with the support team, I'm now planning on transferring my personal web projects to Unlimited Web Hosting once the contract is due for renewal in the next few months!

As a general rule I have been more than happy with service and support, there have been bad days, but that tends to be the nature of IT, occasionally some incidence's are beyond their control and has to be looked into which takes time. If I was to criticise the only problems I have, I pay for my service on a yearly standing order, then before the payment date kept receiving emails please pay, which I do, then find they have also taken the standing order monies as well. I have to them telling of the mistake, the 1st time I did not pick up on this for a couple of months and eventually got a refund. Would have thought this mistake should be picked up in their accounts office saving me the trouble.

As a technophobe, the response is perfect; never condescending, explaining step-by-step how to work through and providing the skills to make website building a pleasure. My support ticket was picked up within moments and my query was resolved straight away. I had overpaid as I had mistakenly set up two direct debits so was making double payments - totally my fault. They refunded me the difference literally immediately - I'm not sure how they even had time to check that fast! Good job. Thank you. Definitely recommend.

My previous hosting provider caused me nothing but stress; confusing billing cycles, poor communication and slow to respond to questions. I switched to Unlimited Web Hosting on the recommendation of a friend who builds websites and have never regretted it. The team is knowledgeable, quick to respond but most importantly super friendly; nothing feels like too much trouble even if I feel like I'm asking something fairly mundane. The domain and hosting prices are reasonable and since transferring my first domain over to Unlimited in 2015, I've since purchased a further two domains from them, both of which are hosted on their servers. There is a large and comprehensive FAQ database which has also proved useful on a number of occasions. Overall I would recommend Unlimited to anyone who wanted a trustworthy hosting provider - especially if you occasionally require technical assistance and value friendly customer service.

I joined Unlimited as it was recommended to me by a friend who also works in IT (what he does I don't know, but he has the answers). The price is much better than I was paying and the servers are all SSDs, which means they are quick. Since, starting with them a couple of months ago, I have had to ask questions using the Customer Support ticket option, which to be frank I wasn't confident in getting anywhere quick. HEY PRESTO - they reply so quickly and resolve issues for me a pretend-to-be geek. So, I really like these guys and as the above title says RECOMMEND them

I opened my account with Unlimited Web Hosting just over 2 years ago and I am a very satisfied customer, the company offer great services at an affordable price. Each time I've had to contact the unlimited web hosting, I've always had a quick response and my queries dealt with quickly. An example is today I raised a ticket asking if I can change my payment date and within 17 minutes of the ticket being raised, my payment date had been changed and I was informed of my next invoice details. I find the staff are always friendly, professional and willing to help and resolve queries and issues quickly whilst to a satisfactory standard and keeping the customer fully informed throughout. I find Unlimited Web Hosting is so far one of the best; if not the best; web hosting company I've had dealings with over the years. I highly recommend this company.

I think they think we know exactly what to do from the outset, but when the payment for hosting and the new URL have gone through, I would like to see a link to a step-by-step process (eg, where the choice to add SSL is - I couldn't re-find it). This is why I have given 4 stars instead of 5. BUT... the help I had from the help desk about that and a couple of other issues was top notch. I am thinking of moving my other websites across to here.

Been using these guys for years for many different domains and never once had an issue. Support is great and answers very promptly. They offer a great selection of hosting packages from basic web hosting to dedicated servers. They offer both Plesk and cPanel, I've dabbled in both and never had a problem with either. And it's all very reasonably priced! Great firm all round.
