All their lenses are of minus strength.I bought $200 worth of minus and they should have been plusses. I send them back for exchange, only to be told now, that they have not received them. So it is bye bye lenses bye bye $$$$$ They should be awarded the online fraudulent award,not only for refusing to respond to any of my emails ,but also, making no efford at all to rectify this problem for more than 3 Month. Bought one year supply for both my wife and myself,only to find out that the strength of all their brand names are minus they dont have any plusses in stock.I send the whole lot back to them as requested only to be told now, we have not received them.This is 6 weeks ago.My only alternative now is to get in touch with Visa as Quick lens won,t respond to my emails .So if you want to deal with the DODGY BROTHERS pick this mob and kiss your $$$$$ GOODBYE (read more)

I ordered contacts 4 weeks ago.. and nothing.. I emailed the company, they emailed me back a few days later suggesting they have no control over customs 'hold ups'. Lucky I only purchased one box... www.eyecontacts.com.au - by far the best company, usually next day delivery and they come with a box of smarties!! :) (read more)

This company is a joke! They should change their name to Slow Lens, or more accurately, No Lens. Have waited 6 weeks now for lenses and looks like they won't be turning up. Same story as other reviews, get an email saying the item is out of stock, emails go unanswered and no phone number to contact directly. Avoid them like the plague! (read more)

This is the first time to order contact lenses online. I really thought they were Australian based but realized after I paid that they were being shipped from Singapore. My bad luck cause I've been waiting for 2 weeks since they said that they have been dispatched. I ended up going online yesterday and ordering from a company who has a warehouse in Sydney. They called me today and we dispatch them right away. Don't know where my contacts from singapore have gone since noone is anwering... (read more)

BEWARE!! If only I'd read these reviews before I placed an order and paid for it... Same thing as most of the other reviewers have said, they take your order and money then send an email to say they are out of stock. There is no way to contact them except by email which just causes more frustration because they dont reply to your complaint. Yes the lenses are cheap, but only if you recieve them. I'm pretty sure I can kiss that money goodbye. (read more)

Ordering and supply experience was satisfactory - HOWEVER THIS COMPANY CANNOT PROVIDE A AUSTRALIAN PROVIDER NUMBER for Health Insurance claims in Australia. Therefore these lenses were extremely expensive.
Their internet sight does not clearly indicate they cannot provide a receipt for health insurance purposes.
Will not be using this company again and will do my upmost to discourage other Australians from using this company. (read more)

If you are reading this, it is likely you have not received what you've paid for or you've received an email stating your order may take months to arrive. Contact your bank immediately to get a refund. Quicklens ignore you once they have your money.
Things you need to know:
Quicklens are Singapore based. They do not have a provider number so you cannot claim against private health insurance.
Stored stock is limited and delivery times can be very long (months).

I have bought from Quicklens twice before - no problems.
I ordered contacts in November, it is now the end of January and I still have not received them!!! Not only that, they are not responding to any of my messages or emails!
I would NOT recommend using Quicklens - over 2 months after payment, and still no lenses or customer support - they might be the cheapest online, but they are definitely NOT reliable, and the fact that there is no phone support is frustrating when they won't reply... (read more)

I ordered my contacts on the 4th of December 2010, it is now the 5th of January and I am still waiting on them. Fast delivery, yeh right!!!
I have emailed Quicklens several times only to be told they have been dispatched. I can not find a phone number to contact them about this and I am getting increasingly frustrated!
