I am very happy with the service that I received from Wheelies. I have now had my bike replaced and the service was prompt, efficient and friendly. The best thing about the service from Wheelies was that they contacted me and left me voicemail when I could not answer and even sent me a text message. I could not fault it. “Learn how to set up a bike it is NOT HARD”

Customer service was average but you do tend to get to many communications. Bike arrived Scott x40 sportster wondered why foot was catching front wheel when turning corners REASON The front forks had been fitted the wrong way round!! Computer on bike set up but not working now have to go through hassle of sending back & waiting for replacement. After having my bikes stolen wheelies contacted me very quick was very good on the phone and a quick delivery of my bikes only my child trailor did not turn up till the day after with no wheels and a hole in the back of it they collected the same day and I had a new one two days later when I went out on my bike I had to push it back home because I could not get any of the gears which is the only thing I'm not happy about.... After having my bike stolen my insurance company passed me on to wheelies direct to deal with the claim. I found the staff to be very friendly and they dealt with my claim very efficiently, getting the bike I wanted out to me within a week. My bike was damaged due to fall and being insured by Legal and General I had to deal with wheelies. Their customer service is poor and dont reply to calls..they also dont update you on issues with stock parts. The parts ordering system is poor and takes ages..for example 3 weeks at least for a bottom bracket! I have now raised a formal complaint regarding poor service..they are quite happy to take your excess..but getting your bike back is another story. Steer clear at all costs… Read Full Review

Wheelies valued my 22year old Trek 990 at £525.00. I'm in 2 minds whether to be pleased or disappointed. I loved that bike, I wouldn't have kept riding it for so long if not, however I should be more conscious when reversing my van!! I was offered a Giant "or anything else and we'll take 20% off", I wasn't told about the ump-teen calls and texts I would receive with regard to my claim! Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very friendly however no one ever called me back - even when my message was apparently flagged as 'urgent'. My bike was meant to be ready after one week. My bike came with A courier which they didn't tell me and they told me to wait in all day for delivery! 8am till 6pm at 4pm I thought should be here by now , did a live web chat with them, was given a tracking number for Courier, my parcel was unable to be delivered because it wasn't accessible to drive down my road at 10.30am I told the bike seller where I lived and it was gated they said the delivery driver will phone! Had to use them for an insurance claim. They have been one of the most irresponsible companies i have ever dealt with. The first call to them was ok but once you're passed to customer services it's all down hill. My new bike arrived with missing parts, buckled wheels and a twisted suspension fork. They were unable to source the missing parts so my insurance company paid for another bike shop to source them. All of this has taken over a month. Wheelies have got it made - providing bike replacement to insurance clients. You end up with no choice but having to put up with the terrible service provided when the insurance company pass you over to Wheelies. Having recently had my bike stolen I was referred to Wheelies. Initially all seemed to go well having chosen the bike and accessories. I was assured would be in stock in 3 working days and they would ring me. Seems they forgot how to use the phone and were full of broken promises.
