Here is my complaint, read for yourselves.. I purchased over £200 worth of clothing and cycling accessories before Christmas on the buy now pay later scheme. The order was accepted and i received confirmation. “Avoid at all costs! ”

Beyond dreadful service. If I could have put 0 stars (or minus stars) I would have. 5 weeks down the line and 10 phone calls later (over 4 hours of being on the phone) we still have a damaged wardrobe unit. Bought an Acer 1080p projector, arrived on time and works perfectly. Sadly I didnt calculate the distance of the projector from my wall so its too big for my projector screen but I can manually adjust the lens so its not too much over the edges. “Holding back money for extended period of time”

I placed an order on the 1st of December to collect using click and collect. The incompetent shop assistant could not find my parcel so I cancelled the order. Bought an expensive cooker from Very, the product is fine, when it eventually arrived, however the Very service is abysmal, no, actually it is non-existing. That sounds exactly like what is happening to me right now! Please feel free to email their CEO to see if this does anything! Let's fill up this guys inbox so he knows what his staff are doing with customers!

Request all phone and email correspondence as well by quoting the Data Protection Act 1198 - they are legally obliged to send it to you!

“Collect+ Next day delivery”

Very are advertising in very BIG LETTERS that if you order by 9pm you can get your goods next day delivery by Collect+. However, this is not the case as all orders are taking at least 48 hours and they only tell you this in very small letters, which are easily missed, just before you pay for the item. I rarely write reviews but in this case I will make an exception. I have been using Very on and off for about 18months so I feel I can offer an objective opinion of the company. Last month I was wrongly told by a Very advisor that as I had paid off some buy now pay later items I didn't need to make a monthly payment. “Worst Company I've EVER Used!! Disgusting Service!!!”
