“Awful customer service”

im still waiting for my account to be closed which I requested on the 16th FEBRUARY I have sent countless emails and called many times to get this resolved, they have wrongly taken almost £100 and refused to pay it back until 17th of march unless j filled out lengthy forms with my bank which cost further time and money - now they won't compensate me for the money spent solving their mistake - I have spoken to so many different people at very and no1 has taken any ownership of my case!!! “WORST SERVICE EVER WOULD NOT BUY FROM YOU AGAIN”

ORDERED A SOFA FROM THEM, DAY OF DELIVERY CAME, AND THE DELIVERY GUYS FROM XL ARROW CAME TO THE DOOR WITH THE SOFA AND STOOD ABOUT A FOOT AWAY FROM THE DOOR AND SAID THE SOFA WOULDNT FIT WITHOUT EVEN TRYING IT. It's now almost 9pm I was promised delivery by 5. “Didn't even bother placing order”

Got a voucher through Groupon - £50 to spend at Very.com for £25. Found the Very website quite user-unfriendly - tried doing a search for the specific size and style of jeans I wanted, only to find 2 results and my size was out of stock anyway! At this stage I emailed customer services to complain about the lack of choice and lack of stock. I received a very brief reply suggesting I go back to the website to find an alternative product. “Closed account without making contact”

I opened an account to buy a laptop. The account was opened and the order accepted. Because I asked for delivery to a local corner shop the account and order were closed without this company even attempting to contact me. I lost out on £22 cashback as a result of the company closing the account. Trust them at your peril… Read Full Review

“Avoid at all costs! ”

Beyond dreadful service. Bought an Acer 1080p projector, arrived on time and works perfectly. Sadly I didnt calculate the distance of the projector from my wall so its too big for my projector screen but I can manually adjust the lens so its not too much over the edges. “Holding back money for extended period of time”

I placed an order on the 1st of December to collect using click and collect. The incompetent shop assistant could not find my parcel so I cancelled the order.
