Worst customer service in the UK that ive ever encountered. This company will charge you twice and expect you to chase up your own refund. They will enter incorrect information on your credit report and dispute it - they will not put it right when you challenge it and prove theyre incompetant fools.They say theyll phone you back but they never will. “Customer Service pathetic”

Product price was good, only missed the delivery promise by 6 days, reasonable so far. I was charged for an installation of a gas cooker. When the gas fitter arrived he wouldn't install due to a pipe needing modification so he just left. I telephoned the Very helpline asking for a refund. The operatives are obviously somewhere like India or South Africa and extremely difficult to understand. After a very frustrating phone call they said the would pass the request to accounts. i ordered a wardrobe and when it came parts missing took the parts department to call me after two weeks after i kept callin so many times and they would say callback...... when i finally did get through the women was rude to me!!! she said i would get a 25 pound refund and its been 9 days and nothing..... i will never purchase from these people again and tell my friends and family what i have been through.... they lie she said i am processing the refund now!!!!… Read Full Review

I received a text from Very on 23/11/15 offering a 10% cashback on any electrical item place on buy now pay later (BNPL) with them. “Illegally stating 28 days to return items”

All the returns information on their website refers to the outdated sale of goods act 1979. The consumer rights act has been in force for purchases since 1st October 2015. You legally have 30 days to return any item you aren't happy with not 28. There are many other things within this act that I hope may help people fight this awful company. I purchased a Xbox 1 and Call of duty game for my niece and for reasons unrelated to this I had to return it. I packaged up the console and game in the original box and organised the return. Lots of problems with this place! I ordered a turntable for my boyfriends birthday. Firstly it arrived broken and after great difficulty finding a contact number, a long wait and expensive call, I received £10 towards the £22 part I decided to replace myself (for speed as it would have taken 2 weeks to get a new one). “Avoid at all costs l really wish l had”

In my honest opinion this has been the most stressful experience! Hours chasing very for an order that should of being delivered only to tell me on another promised day of delivery it was out of stock after l rang to see where it was so they had to cancel the order but never contacted me to inform me! I was told it would be delivered by the 26th of December, anyway the day arrived and I still hadn't recieved my delivery so i decided to track my order only to discover that it was out of stock. Have been deceived and lied to by this company and the day bed for our Christmas guests was never delivered. Ordered on 27th November on Available for 48 Hour delivery by Christmas we had been given so many delivery dates which never happened we cancelled the order on 23rd December so no bed for guests. The phone calls go to South Africa where they are rude lying, hang up, and are unbelievably unhelpful. And we made dozens of calls. “Returns Nightmare”

Quick delivery, arrived the next day. Fantastic! Not so fantastic as it was the wrong product! When organizing the return, they would not send the correct product until the wrong one was returned and then they will send out the right product, all in all would take 7-14 days to get the right product, Christmas passed and Christmas ruined and one unhappy girlfriend with an awful pair of wrong shoes. This company has an atrocious attitude towards its customers. I ordered a washer dryer with a service agreement. The machine was delivered and installed by the engineer Very organised. My wife realised later that the machine was not as described on the ad so she contacted Very who told her that it was a mistake on their part, however as the machine had been installed it could not be returned plus the service agreement they are paying for was invalid as it wasn't for the right machine.
