Recently had a delivery of a summer house from Very to woodhouse Sheffield.Although they have a policy of drop on kerbside I asked politely if the delivery (man)not..could just take them down the side of the house as I was on my own at that point.He was very rude saying I don't need any help.Dont know who very used for delivery never thought to get details off lorry.The drivers attitude was disgusting.Total w.=ker.Will never use very again.SHOCKINGBe aware..Utter crap.The summer house is not… Read Full Review

Very are an horrible company and would not recommend to anyone. Took 5 months to collect a faulty tumble dryer back and after 100s of excuses and having phone put down on us still haven't got are money back. I placed an order for a TV, my first order with them. It did not arrive when I was told it would. It turns out that they had no stock. I am also sent an email asking me to pay a minimum amount 'before' they have the stock available. I purchased a £550 TV from Very, first time I have used them and was happy up until my order was processed. 7 weeks on and I still don't have my TV despite numerous calls and emails to resolve it. The thing which annoys me the most, is that they won't call, email or even text you to let you know what's happeneing. Just terrible customer service. Received text to say parcel delivered, really not at my address told customer services. That's not our problem take it up p with courier, I thought I was very customer. 3 hours later knock on door parcel delivered by lady said signed for it didn't realise wasn't for her, she didn't even live in same road as me courier just left at random address!!! Omg, the same thing is happening to me as Well. Today 9th April 2017. I phoned up to find out when table and chairs were getting picked up as it is a butterfly table where both sides fold down and the tops were stuck together and parts were missing. I phoned and asked them to come and pick up and at the same time ordered another table the same. I was told I would get an email within 3 days for when they would be coming to collect. Received new table yesterday and same thing happened. I have called 3 times today first lady I could make out but after 15 mins call was cut off. Second lady said I didn't have a very account and wouldn't put me onto anyone else and couldn't understand what I was saying. Third lady Just hung up on me. Not just that I have made payments to my account and not even half of it has showed on my statement and all they keep saying to me is it will be in your account soon. I am soo fed up with them i would not recommend anyone to go with them

Spoke to guy on Phone while ordering a Nintendo Switch, what a cunthole, telling me to go slowly when speaking, I think his brain must take information in slow motion. The website is good but this employee needs a slap in his face. He probably is a illiterate fuc-ker who only goes to the job to pay his bills. What a shame. Tried to order as a new customer - was given a credit limit and 1st order exceeded it. Rather than have the opportunity to pay the difference they cancelled part of my order. After multiple calls over a number of hours (being put on hold and cut off on each one!) I was told I could make the extra payment which I did, and then my order would be re-instated. Signed up a year ago, made several orders with no issues and items always delivered with 1-2 days. I have found the clothes to be really good and do last. Love that I have the option to order one day and have the items the next - very convenient for last minute orders. Only issue has been the Customer Service helpline, well if you call it that. “Worst Company Ever”

This has to be the worst company ever- I've had to pay 3 times for the same item because they took the payment incorrectly. I've waited over 2 weeks to finally receive anything, but they sent the wrong item - a much cheaper version of what I ordered. So dishonest.
