“STAY AWAY!!!”

I also am still waiting for a hamper to be delivered to my mother in law in the UK. I am in the USA so ordered one for her and also one for my parents. My parents received theirs as promised on the 24th December. My mother in laws hamper shows allocated and still the 24th December delivery date. “Not again!!!”

We feel like the worst idiots in the world after being taken for a mug for the 2nd time by this awful company. After a failed attempt to deliver one hamper last Christmas of which we did get a refund with not much apology, we ordered some more hampers this year. Our order consisted of 7 hampers valued at £600. One hamper arrived on the 20th December 2013 to a designated address. I also ordered a hamper in Dec 2013 for Christmas and it did not show up to this day (2 Jan). I am also trying to contact them by email/by phone to no avail .

Do not shop here. Hamper has still not been delivered and despite attempts to email and phone I have yet to be answered. Such a very poor level of service. Same problem as many other respondents. I ordered a Winter Wonders Gift hamper in 16th Dec for delivery on 24th. I got a confirmation of that date from ihampers. Out of the blue, without any warning, UPS delivered on 19th. My mother of course wasn't at home. The courier wrote that he'd tried 4 times but only left 1 calling card! If I could have awarded minus stars, I would have. The bottom line is this: Long before Christmas, I ordered 2 hampers, one to be delivered on Dec. 20, and one on Dec. 23. I paid extra for these deliveries. It is now Dec. 31 and neither of them have been delivered. 1. “They came up with the goods for me!”

I shopped around quite a bit for a hamper for my brother. This was the only company that could provide the contents I was after, delivery on the date I wanted, at the price I wanted, and with the contents guaranteed still to be fresh a week later. I called them to check on all these points and they answered quickly, were informative and knowledgable. I placed the order and received a confirmation by email. I ordered fronm ihampers on 17th December. They said they would deliver on 20th December. This was to a severely disabled pensioner. Nothing delvered. They are impossible to get hold of. A totally disgraceful service that has completely ruined someone's Christmas. I warn anyone NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. They are SHARKS. I have left messages and emails to give them the benefit of the doubt, but tghey don't reply. I will have this company properly investi8gated, and hopefully closed down.

I ordered a hamper to be delivered to elderly relatives on the 10th Dec. Payment of £73.80 was taken immediately. Unfortunately their services is not as efficient. Delivery was due on the 17th Dec. The hamper has not arrived and none of my emails or telephone calls have been answered. I am bitterly disappointed in this. Don't order from ihampers! Awful service. I ordered a hamper and got a confirmation e-mail. Hamper was supposed to be delivered on Friday 20th Dec. It was not delivered. I eventually managed to log on to track my order which shows "accepted", is that 'order accepted' or do they think the hamper has been accepted? Avoid at all costs! If I could have ordered No Stars I would have done. Just been informed after 3 days of calling to get through that my hamper has gone missing - no-one notified me, no-one apologised and no-one is offering any compensation. The escalation team can't be contacted by phone, managers can't be spoken to, company does not offer compensation and refunds in 3 working days (I'll believe that when I see it!! Stupidly did not read reviews. Ordered five hampers for presents for employees. One arrived, contents very disappointing, not cold and contained cheese.
