“Terrible quality and even worse customer service”

Ordered a Christmas hamper for my elderly mother. What a disappointment! Very poor value and the quality of the products was terrible. We had to throw most of it away. Tried complying but their customer service is virtually non-existent and they keep stonewalling my complaint and won't escalate it. A disgraceful service and a rip-off. I ordered a variety of fruit and drink hampers for clients as christmas gifts TO BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 19TH & 24TH December at 1st I was impressed with the choice of dates for pre christmas deliveries up to and including Christmas eve however this is where it all started to go wrong, the company allow you to order for delivery on these dates but in all honesty you get them if and when they choose to send them, I have had non delivery,5 days early, hampers days late and on one occasion delivered… Read Full Review

“Disgusting Service”

Do not under any circumstances use this company. They delivered my Christmas gift to the wrong address and have completely refused to replace the item or even investigate how the gift was not delivered correctly. They have been rude to me and told me that it was too bad. I have written to the CEO and he has ignored my complaint. I am now contacting trading standards. I am in the US and ordered an expensive hamper on December 2 for delivery on December 18 to family in the UK and it was not delivered. I have emailed them thrice and each time received a standard boiler plate automated response saying a ticked # has been opened and someone will get back to me. I have called numerous times which is difficult due to the time difference, they are either always closed or don't bother to answer. The company and customer service SUCKS. I ordered a hamper to be delivered to my elderly aunt. Delivery was for 20 December. The hamper was never delivered. I finally reached iHampers by telephone, they don't like answering the phone, and subsequently received an email saying my complaint was being looked into and I would receive a reply within 3 days. Ordered hamper for delivery on the 19th of December. We never even realised the hamper wasn't delivered until we asked our client was the hamper nice and they said 'what hamper?' I called the company several times, raised a ticket on their support website and sent emails and got no response. I ordered a hamper for delivery 13 December 2013 and received an e-mail confirmation. I wish I'd researched the company and read other reviews first! No hamper - and no response at all to my subsequent e-mails. I've reclaimed the cost through my credit card company but no compensation for a gift not reaching its intended recipients. I ordered up to 40 or so hampers for them for Xmas 2013. The vast majority went out with no note on them to inform the receipt who sent it. This totally lost the wow factor we were trying to create. We ordered a Christmas hamper to arrive Christmas Eve and when we phoned them on Christmas Day to see if the hamper arrived my mother in law had received nothing!! We ordered 3 items from I-hampers and selected delivery dates for each of these gifts. On each of the selected dates none of the gifts had arrived. One arrived 1 day late, and the 2 others a considerable time later when the recipients had left for their Christmas breaks. My sister-in-law ordered an Xmas hamper from Australia to be delivered to a UK address. It never arrived. She received no response to a series of e-mails. Back in the UK I have tried to contact them via their - laughingly named - online support, which is always offline. They do not respond to e-mails or phone calls and their help desk is never open. I purchased three hampers on December 14th for my elderly friends and family. They should have been delivered on the 19th. They were and still have not been delivered. I feel very let down by iHampers. No contact or explanation has been offered. Their live on-line chat is disabled and there are no representatives to talk to via their on-line telephone number. “Never Delivered”

I ordered 4 gifts to be delivered to family members in the UK (I live in the US). 3 were delivered, but the 4th was not. To avoid the Christmas rush, I had asked that all gifts be delivered by December 11th, 2013. So, when the last gift was not delivered, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it would arrive a day or two later. It did not, so I sent an email to them on December 16th. No response received. I had the same experience.

I live in the UK - Chester. I ordered two gifts - one was delivered but the other never arrived to an important client.

My card was charged for two gifts

I phoned several times and sent numerous emails but no response.

I used them in the past with no problem.

Never again
