    My wife damaged our PT Cruiser in a car park. The bodywork (o/s wing + wheel) was repaired and Hastings Direct Car Insurance paid the claim but when a service 2 weeks later found additional damage they refused to pay up.

    Hastings Direct are always competitive on price, but if you need to renew/alter or change your car insurance be prepared for a very very long wait.
