Hastings Direct will not reply to complaints. They deducted £131.33 from my bank account without my permission and will not reply to my correspondence for the funds to be returned. I have no insurance contracts with this company and do not know WHY they are charging my bank account.

Did not give me enough information when I rang on a Saturday. Now Tuesday, and am only just getting problem sorted - very bad as I really need a car 7 days a week at the moment.
