I Have Just made a purchase from the Fragrance shop JPG EdT which I've been wearing for yrs, I'm sorry to say that this EDT cannot be the real thing!!...it was very weak smelling, I took it back, and they offered an exchange!! (no refund) its against company policy!! “Dont expect a refund!”

I ordered some aftershave as a present for a birthday about a week before it was needed with the promise of delivery between 3-5 days off the website. A week later I had received no aftershave and I was left without a present. “GOODS NOT RECEIVED - FIGHT FOR REFUND!”

Ordered 3 bottles of perfume for Christmas 2012. With Christmas fast approaching I checked delivery status on-line which stated that delivery had been made and order fulfilled. “Good price, fast delivery!”

I placed my order reluctantly after seeing some of the reviews on here, but the price was so good I thought I'd give it a go anyway. Now I'm glad I did! I placed my order on Friday with free delivery, and I received an email straight away to say they had my order, and then another one a few hours later to say it had been dispatched out. “An absolute joke ”

This is one of the worst online experiences i have ever encounted! Placed an order for next day delivery and i am still awaiting for this order 6 days after it was placed. As for customer service puft! This company doesnt believe in it! I have rang numerous times and each time i had to wait 30 mins but still no one answered. “DO NOT BUY FROM. ”

Bought a fragrance set but was not fresh as it didnt smell of previous bottles when the recipient had worn the fragrance for many years and was very used to the smell. The managers and those further up were unwilling to refund the product despite us being very unsatified and would only exchange it. “3 MONTHS ON STILL NO REFUND!!!!!”

“No Refunds Made!”

My husband purchased Allure for my Christmas in Dec 2012. The perfume arrived ok, but it was the wrong one, my husbands mistake and not the company. I contacted them to exchange but they asked me to return and then they would refund instead - thought this was a bit odd. “Disgusting customer service”

I was bought Alien by Thierry mugler for Christmas for nearly £80. The bottle has broken and is very loose. I do not carry the perfume around with me and I have not dropped it. I went to the shop to see if they could fix it or exchange it and the lady kept saying well that's because you've carried it in your bag too much or because you've dropped it! I don't know where to start with the terrible terrible service I have received from this company. Item was despatched and labeled without a street number on so the delivery driver (you guessed it YODEL!!) decided to delivery it to number 1 - we are are about a mile away from this location! “Paid for, but not delivered and no refund”

I ordered 100ml of Chanel No5 on 7/12 and it was sent to the courier the same day for delivery in 2-3 days. The courier did not update their tracking and when it didn't arrive in a week, I telephoned and was told it was on the way. “Poor service no parcel received never answer the phones”

Ordered two items from this shop, jean paul le male and a disney perfume for my daughter, package was supposedly sent on 10th Dec but never arrived. Tried to phone they never answer. Emailed no reply, in the end i had to put a public post on their facebook page to get somebody to respond. Anyway today is the 20th and still no parcel, they tell me it is lost! I ordered Chanel No. 5 30ml cost £45.50 on 3/12/12. I received an email stating the item was despatched to the courier 13ten on 4 December. It is now 20 December and the goods have not arrived.
