Started out good, helped get things in order, then my account manager changed, wasn't as helpful or as welcoming, then changed again. Towards the end of my plan I couldn't tell you who my account manager was. I found that even though I was paying one affordable monthly some, more than a 3rd was going to pay for Clark Richards. Once my debt was down to one creditor and only a few hundred left to pay, they closed my account and didn't bother to get back in touch! And when I emailed and asked why they had closed my account when I still had debt left to pay and passed me details on when I had asked for that not to happen, they didn't bother to get in touch. Yes they helped, but at a large cost, and closed my account with money left to pay. I've found their lack of care and communication towards the end awful,as long as they got their percentage of payment, thats what mattered to them. I will pay what's left on my own, but I'd try another company first than going with them again.

Fantastic service cleared of my debts.I know where I was each month money taken no problems statements given to keep on track how my payments where being processed.Staff always easy to talk to and always ready to help would difinately recommend a family or friend.

Attempting to pay back a large sum of money to creditors who are threatening to take further action against you can be a terribly intimidating experience. Especially when you may not be able to pay that sum right off the bat. I know exactly what that feels like, because that was me. When I first contacted Clark Richards they gave me a rough idea of what my options would be in terms of paying the money back, and how long it would take. They considered all factors, including what my living expenses would be and were able to estimate by when I would be debt free. Although the road ahead seemed financially bleak (at least for the moment) at the time, I'm very glad I chose to open an account with Clark Richards. Throughout the entire time I had an open account with them, I had 3 account managers, and I couldn't speak more positively about them. They were fantastic! The staff in general were very understanding about my situation and changes over the duration of my account. The customer service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends, or anyone who is in financial debt and needs a solution that works! I was able to stop the annoying and threatening phone calls from creditors, and with Clark Richards handling my account, there was a direct debit set up on my account that would transfer money to the creditors on the agreed upon date every month. NO NEED TO DEAL WITH THE CREDITORS DIRECTLY! You can get on with your life, with a bit more peace of mind knowing that you're surely on the path to being debt free and definitely in good hands with the hard working people at Clark Richards.

I would like to express our thanks for all of clarkrichards staff and support in the past few years, with out you I think our lives would of been very tough to deal with as you took the pressure off us, Your company has a very understanding team and always willing to help if they can. The people who run your company should be very proud of the way your teams handle clients and maintain there trust at all times.

I'd like to commend the service and staff of Clarke Richards. It is not always easy to face up to and take action on your debts but the care and quality service the company provided has made the experience worth the effort. Straightforward explanations and prompt responses and action on queries gives a feeling of control that you lose when debts spiral. Your debts may still be there but they feel a little lighter when you Clarke Richards fighting your corner and dealing with the aggressive and occaisionally imitimdating tactics of some recovery agents. Even when you are eventually at the end of your debt journey, they are are there to support you when demands continue to arrive. Having had previous experience if a less than stellar debt management company I have no doubts to the value for money of Clarke Richards, the quality of their service and the caring attitude of staff. I am a very satisfied and grateful client.

No one wants to be in this situation, and trying to come to terms with this situation can be really hard, worrying and stress is not good for anyone or your health,but Clark Richards take all that worry away. I deal with an adviser and she is absolutely fab, she's always there either by phone or email, and responses are so quick and helpful (thanks Samanatha) I gave them all my debt details and they contacted them all to explain the situation, this helped loads as it stopped all the creditors calling me. Now I only deal with Clark Richards. I make a payment each month and one that I can afford and Clark Richards do the rest. I'm now free to stop worrying and get my life back on track. I would highly recommended Clark Richards to anyone.

I find Oliver my account manager to be both polite and professional . I only hope that your company isn't really as bad as the one before , because we were all done over and I was told all my debts would be written off after 3 or5 years and I'm still only half way through my debts. But that's not a reflection on you as so much as rant from me

I am very happy and grateful for the work and support I have been given by Clark Richards. They have helped my life in a way that I can't ever be more then thankful for. I struggled with some debts that I allowed myself to get deeper in, and I had no where else to turn. Then after speaking to oliver barber and his colleague I felt saved as if I had another chance to dig out of my own mess I unfortunately created. They give you the air to breath, I literally feel saved by them. They saved my marriage and my home. Oliver barber who works for Clark Richards is not only very professional with his work but actually cares and is always available for any help or advice I need. After stressful months and sleepless nights a phone call to Clarke Richards change my life. They are so understanding and very helpful, I should of contacted them sooner. I am now able to afford my monthly out goings and enjoy a social life with my family...... We talked through my outgoings for the month and they we able to come up with a suitable plan that left me money in the bank. The staff are very polite to me they are my saviours I wold like to say a massive thank you to them.

All I can say is that I am very great full for help I received from ClarkRichards. Professionalism all way thru. Thank you for my peaceful nights.
