I can't quite believe it, still in shock haha. Passed today having attended their course last week and I've already got my licence, amazing. Didn't even expect to pass my theory first time let alone the driving one but the training guy in the classroom and the driving instructor I had were brilliant and nice guys too. A big thank you to all involved. Can't wait to get a car now! x

I am 32 so quite late to start to learn to drive - I had some concerns that a week wouldn't be sufficient to learn and pass, both the theory and practical test, but I was wrong. The 5Day team are extremely experienced and know how to teach but also push you along at a good pace. The theory lessons were well defined and presented, and I was able to pass the theory test on day 4. To think that I took the test after about ten hours of tuition can only be testament to the teacher at the centre. On the roads, I was equally impressed. Although daunting at first, my instructor found a perfect balance between pushing me along but also reassuring and refining my new found skills. I'd honestly say that I was comfortable driving by Wednesday afternoon, and probably could (should) have lined up a test on the Friday afternoon. As it was, I had a two week break between the teaching week and my test (without access to a car to practice) and passed my test first time. For those who don't believe it's possible in a week, I'd recommend that you try 5Day - you'll be impressed!

I found the customer service at the franchise H.Q rude and totally unresponsive to genuine problems.Customers beware and understand their terms and conditions before entering into a contract with this franchise!

I took the 5day course to get my driving licence sooner than having to wait weeks to get my theory and practice test done. I really liked the 5day course and passed both my theory and practice first time :-) would highly recommend the 5day course

I bought into the 5day program because I wanted to get my license quick with no messing about waiting ages to book my theory or practical tests. It took me 9 working days to go from not even having a theory certificate to gaining my full license. The theory training in the afternoon covers all aspects and the time you spend actually in the car covering the test routes is a massive help. The only 1 thing I would change is you have to pay 50p for a coffee hahaha but apart from that if you want to get your license quick with no messing around this is the course for you. One thing I recommend to people considering doing this course is do a couple of hours practice in your parents/friends car to get the hang of moving off in the car, the rest of the skills you will learn out with your instructor.

Just passed my test and done it with 5day and totally worth the money very nice people and the instructor who I had was a really nice bloke. Passed both theory and practical within 2 weeks thanks alot 5day.

Extremely happy with the course and staff. Great for quick learners and very intense. Would recommend to anyone definitely worth the money!

Big 5 stars to 5 day I hadn't been behind the wheel in 3 years and passed first time, the theory revision classes are good and make theory easier. The only people I wouldn't recommend a intensive to is someone who is a complete novice

Very good course, well structured and perfect for people who have busy lifestyles and dont want to span their leaning out over a long period. Wouldnt have passed the theory test without revising / learning it in their 'class' at 5day HQ, so that was spot on. Unfortunately didnt pass the practical first time and required a few correction lessons which he was really good at - if you've got the cash and haven't got time, give it a go

I started the 5day feeling really nervous, even though I'd had a little experience driving around farm land. My driving instructor, was really great, he listened to me and knew how I was feeling and balanced them well with how far I wanted to be pushed each day. After the first day, being on the road was not daunting at all. The course took a really smooth transition each day, teaching new skills and of course practicing previous learnt skills. By the 3rd day, with the help from my instructor, I was utterly comfortable behind the wheel and it was all natural, taking a trip out to Freethorpe on country roads. I found the theory training incredibly helpful. I wanted to do a course where the theory was included as I know I wouldn't have had the time or patience to do the work at home by myself. The theory instructor was really good. Theory isn't the most entertaining or capturing thing to teach but he managed to keep our interest. I passed the theory first time so he obviously covered all aspects needed! The only thing I didn't like about the course, which isn't really their fault, is that they can't guarantee you to get the practical test in the same week. Mine was the following Friday, which was a little daunting as I'd had a whole week not driving. However, I passed that first time too, so it all worked out well :)

A great course. It is most certainly the quickest way to get your licence. The instructors are brilliant and teach in accordance to your individual needs. The course is broken down into manageable sections and covers both practical and theory effectively.

I had my first test 7 years ago and wanted to have another crack at it but didn't feel comfortable jumping straight in. I also wanted to get it sorted quickly so I looked around at the intensive courses in my area and decided to go to 5DAY Sale, just south of Manchester. I had a great week and got on well with my instructor, who was calm and encouraging and I finished the week with a good feeling of confidence behind the wheel. Another person took care of the theory part which I had revised extensively beforehand in order to make double sure I didn't fail my theory test. It was great to have classroom tuition on this as it helped greatly and didn't sacrifice driving time. Although I didn't get the choccy biccy promised for guessing his obscure road sign ;) The theory tests were booked for Friday morning at 8am and were conveniently close to where I live. I then was able to book my test that afternoon as Steve believed I was ready. I found out my test date later that evening and it turned out to be the Thursday of the week after the lessons. Overall I would highly recommend it to people who have perhaps had some previous driving experience, it can be a lot to take in and I definitely felt ahead of the curve a little bit which was where I wanted to be. The days are long and driving for 4 hours each day can be tiring, so expect to be pretty exhausted afterwards. All in all, I set out what I hoped to achieve and I'm now looking forward to getting a car and being able to drive wherever I like :)

I would definitely reccomend this course to anyone wanting a fast way to leRning how to drive and get a licence. Both the driving and theory practice were extremely helpful and definitely would not have been able to get my license so quick without this course. To anyone who is thinking it is a lot of money, yes it is but it is also WORTH IT. So glad I chose this course the one on one lessons everyday are amazing and the theory practice makes the biggest difference!
