    Well I have had it now for a year and everything is running well except that thing with the processor, but it doesn`t bother me too much as that happens once in two months and I just change it in BIOS. I think it is worth its money, well its cheap and it works fine.

    Im running a k7s5a it has onboard sound.
    Ive a geforce 4 in there lan / tv card everythings great the onboard sound is a little weak so I plug in a soundblaster 128 it beeps alot the screen stays blank or goes funny like bad teletext it wont run.. ( all depending on which pci slot I put it into ) W ...

    I have an ECS K7S5A(L) (LAN onboard) with a Athlon XP 1600+ (1,4Ghz). The Sis735 chipset is tested and known as very stable (that any other comparable chipset AMD or VIA).     ddr and sd ram agp socket upto 2ghz, cu upto 1gb ram, very stable what more do you want? The ECS K7 s5a from Elite Group is a great motherboard

    I have had three of these Elite Group ECS K7s%a motherboards this year and they fail after 2-3 months. They are total garbage!!! don't buy them.
    IDE devices disappear, constant memory issues, same goes for any board based on the new SIS chipsets 645, 735, 745 such as the MSI ultra 745. IT has to be ...
