FedEx sent me a bill for $30.60 a week after I received the frames. Looking at the bill, the shipper (Otticanet.it) was aware of the $4.60 duty but did not pay it, resulting in additional fees being billed to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I would like to return the frames but cannot. Typical Italian BS. I wouldn't be surprised if Otticanet paid their expeditor the duty and they just withheld it. BEWARE of this company. They tell you that there are no dutys or taxes that need to be paid if shipped to the U.S. Then you get the $50 bill from FedEx a month later and find out there dirty scam. DO NOT SHOP HERE!… Read Full Review

Bougth sunglasses from them, they came a week late and are scratched. They wont refund me. WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN!!! once they get your money all communication ends, they are unhelpful and rude.

I paid for a pair of sunglasses from www.otticanet.com on the 30th of April, 2009 and according to the website their items ship in 1-2 days and take 3-5 days for delivery by fedex. I wrote to them on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 11th, 14th, 16th (some days multiple times) and finally called on the 18th.
