I did my research/comparisons on all the flight/car/hotel details before I booked what I wanted through Bookit.com. I booked air, hotel, and car as a package deal. With the package, I was to receive 2 free upgrades with the rental car and a free beachfront room in the hotel. I was hesitant on both accounts since what's in the itinerary doesn't always occur when you're at the hotel/car rental counter. But, much to our surprise, everything went smoothly. I booked the hotel through their mystery hotel booking. The hotel was listed as 3.5 star but I was given a 3 star hotel. I called the sales rep and they said the rating is based on the guest rating not the official rating. I can pay the same price booking the same hotel which has more flexibility to make changes and cancellation. Stay away from bookit.com… Read Full Review

I had to do it through the phone because online will only allow 1 airport option and I had a friend who wanted to fly out of NY instead of DC. My wife and I were just recently married and decided to have our honeymoon in Las Vegas. We decided to use bookit.com Long story short we booked a few nights and only received one, we also booked our show tickets with them and they sold us a 400 dollar show that didn't exist. It ruined our entire trip. Booked a condo on Navarre beach FLA. in July , There were supposed to be free beach chair set-up included with our rental. when i did the booking on line, just before it expires at midnite, it had one Free show ticket per customer. I booked three nites for 4 of us, my wife, my cousin and his wife. when i received the voucher i realized it only came with ONE ONLY one FREE show ticket..it took me two days, average one hour on the phone to getsome one to help me.. and I still waiting ..... I booked a trip to Cancun. I had to cancel due to health issues. That was two months ago and I still haven't gotten any money back. I canceled 3 weeks before my trip date so it wasn't a "last minute" thing. Like others have said, it's been nothing but sitting on hold, getting the run around, and wondering where the heck my money is. Just came back from a trip to Mexico reserved via bookit.com.

The transfer lady at the airport (besttours or something) almost left the airport before we could get out (we were slow with tired kids and timeshare folks chasing us). Once we met her, she tried to get away without getting us a ride to the hotel. We had to write here name down and threaten her that we DO NOT NEED her serivces before she came around with a taxi. Based on this experience, I'd AVOID besttours people completely.

Wow, what horrible customer service, I booked my trip and the airline cancelled the flight back and needed to reschedule. The email had a phone number to call, which I did, the representative that answered told me to call the airline (like I was a moron) I said this is the number I was told to call in the email. I booked a vactions though Bookit last year. We had to cancel due a medical problem. I got half of the money back but the other half was they said was a flight credit. Never told me when I could use it. I called to see if I could book another vaction . I got the whole trip booked and then was told I had to call US Air to book my flight. Has been a nightmare dont book they are not a responsible site they gave me a 12hr flight when it should had been 4hr flight and they have not credit my credit card it has ruin my vacation plans and customer service sucks take an 1hr to get to you then they put you on hold for and 1hr takes them 30 days to fix there problem and causing you your vacation nightmare book better with travelocity they would had gave me my money asap so dont book with them! they have ruin my vacation plans:(… Read Full Review

My experience with BookIt.com has been a complete nightmare. Instead of booking a holiday and getting excited I am having anxiety. I have called approxiamtely 10 times to correct a simple flight problem and the agents are always nice and polite and say they will get back via email or phone call but no one ever does (scripted). This was the first time I have used the bookit website to book any of my travel plans. I do must say that I agree with the previous reviews that their service is terrible. I wish I would have done my research prior to me using them and read the reviews. I wanted to make changes to my travel plans and was unsuccessful with their website. They talk about the importance of customer service on the website but they are clearly not serious about it. After many hours waiting on the phone and waiting on 2 call backs we still did not have our money.They never sent us a reply on our email.
