Would AVOID at all cost!! Unprofessional, inexperienced staff with little knowledge of local market. Don't care much for their customers, simply chasing a sale. Marketed my property at the price and package suggested by the agent. Communication was dreadful and vetting of potential buyers non existent. Total waste of time and money - their are other good online agents out there, this definitely isn't one of them.

It took me a while to decide upon an agent to sell my flat. I wanted to try the online agents and I'm really glad I chose Hatched. The salesman was polite and courteous but also knowledgeable. A friendly face and voice on the phone during the sales process. He even offered to conduct viewings for me when I was unable to do so, at no extra cost. The flat went under offer within a 10 days, over asking price. The transaction itself wasn't as smooth as I'd wish but the progression team kept me up to date as was required and chased the details upon request. Would use them again. Thanks.

This was my first experience of selling a house so I do not have anything to compare it with, but overall I was extremely impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of Hatched. I have already recommended Hatched to other people and will definitely be using them again. Some of the key positives for me: • The range of different packages to chose from, all of which offer good value for money (I opted for the split package) • The speed of initial response and in getting the details online (only a few days in total) • The expertise and helpfulness of the Regional Consultant   • The quality and accuracy of the brochure produced, particularly the photographs • The ability to talk to someone knowledgeable 7 days a week • The convenience of doing things via text and email, instead of being constantly interrupted by phone calls • The chasing of viewer feedback and the posting of this on a dedicated online portal • The automated sales progression chasing process and the regular updates provided to the seller • The ongoing support provided throughout the sale progression: when we hit a stumbling block during my sale, they stepped in, liaised with everyone concerned, and made sure we were quickly back on track • My solicitor found Hatched to be very helpful and accessible! There were, however, a couple areas which may benefit from further improvement: • Viewer chasing – I understand viewers receive 3 phone calls, a text and an email in response to a viewing. This seems a bit excessive to me and is verging on harassment (one of my viewers thought that too!) • Online portal – The seller only seems to have access to limited information on the online portal, yet Hatched themselves obviously can see much more information. Would it be possible to allow sellers access to some of this more detailed information (e.g. in terms of correspondence, sales progression, etc.)? As I’m sure you’ll agree, these are very minor issues in the big scheme of things, and just reinforce what an excellent service Hatched provides. Thank you for all your help and support!

Saw a house on Hatched, phoned several times before anyone answered, asked to arrange viewing, took almost 2 days before they got back to me for a viewing 10 days later. Told it would be with their local "agent" and that directions would be sent as it was very remote. Took another day to confirm viewing, no directions and now with owner not agent. Just had email confirming that viewing was cancelled - not by me -and no explanation why, property is still for sale. Tried to phone to find out why and no-one answers phone. If I was paying them to sell my home I'd want my money back. Stick with real estate agents who actually know what they are doing!

Just sold my property through hatched and found them fantastic, always easy to get hold off and would get back to you straight away. Customer service was great, highly recommended.

I could have done better myself. You have to chase daily and you speak to someone different everytime even if you call back immediately. A bunch of online people who are useless and waste your time, AVOID. Complete waste of time, energy and diesel viewing a property through them even the managing director ignores your emails!!

Excellent communication between all parties facilitated a very quick sale and good before and after sale service. Excellent photos were take.Staff arrived promptly and dealt professionally with all details. Good experience all round and at an excellent price.

I was very impressed by the professional way in which Hatched handled the sale at all stages. I must have saved about £4000 compared with the best estimate I got from a High Street Estate Agent charging a percentage commission.

Hatched came round on a Saturday morning and took some excellent, professional looking photos of our properties. We had an open day and they were very efficient at taking details of prospective buyers and communicating with us. All team Members (in particular, the ladies I dealt with ) were very friendly and helpful. We received a more personal service than I have received from high street agents, in the past. If you don't mind conducting your own viewings and being active in the sales process, then I would highly recommend Hatched. We had an aborted sale and it didn't cost us any more. They were very efficient at contacting other perspective buyers (kept on file) and got us another buyer within 24 hours. The money saved, is phenomenal when you consider the number of hours spent on our sale.

It is when you receive your completion statement that you realise the beauty of Hatched. They do the job for a fraction of the price of other Agents and are just as good. Of particular note were the photos we had done to market our house-it just looked excellent on line. The professionalism and polish of the person we paid extra for to conduct our viewings also stands out. All the staff were friendly and professional throughout and also very flexible with our requirements. The automated systems they have in place work well. We sold our house after one open day at full asking price. Truly what's not to love.

I have now used Hatched twice and have been extremely impressed both times. Very Pro-Active and excellent access to Rightmove . Cost Saving is excellent and real value for money . Really feels good not to pay money to generally non Pro-Active Estate Agents .

Hatched were always available on the phone, they were friendly, polite and always carried out immediately what I needed them to do. viewings were organised with no fuss, viewers love being shown around by the owner of the property. From beginning to end it was easy dealing with hatched and I saved so much in the process. I couldn't have wished for a better service.

Hatched have saved us £2000 by not going to a High Street agent. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Excellent service, good value, well supported by the Hatched team throughout the whole process and they held the chain together when it was in danger of collapsing. Highly recommended.

A great service and superb value. The photos taken were very good and we went for a price that was pay an up front fee and the rest on completion and we used a discount voucher which we paid less than £600 to sell a house. What a great price and was at least £1k cheaper than all the local agents. They got the price I wanted and we ended up not needing the for sale sign we initially ordered. Just make sure if you live on a terraced street you get Hatched to fit it to your house! I would recommend them if you are convinced you are going to sell your home fairly quickly as it just is not worth spending more with local agents.

My sale was troublesome to say the least. Whilst it was sold quickly Ito someone local who obviously was on the local agents books. But I would have paid 2k for the privilege of them dealing with it. So value for money is what hatched give you. Initial contact with local agent was fab. If you don't like repeated automated emails telling you exactly the same thing for weeks, then perhaps this is one of the failings of the system. I think it's trying to say they are checking up but not exactly fun to receive when dragging on. When needed they did what they needed to,counselled frustrations, got shouted at by my buyer and their mortgage advisor when clearly it wasn't our fault !!! All things the agent should do. Were they contacting me on Friday when the funds went ary ! Nope or Monday or Tuesday when still they weren't there. But they did call me today 15 mins after my conveyancer told me funds were in to tell me great we'd exchanged and wouldn't complete till tomorrow. And then followed it up with an automated email lol. Hmm. To give l her due she did say 3 months ago to give up on the sale.perhaps I should have.

I can say with all honesty that using Hatched has saved us thousands when compared to high street agents ! A total of £643 compared to between £8000 to £14000 quoted by the high street. Throughout the whole process Hatched have kept us informed of progress in a polite, informative and positive manner with all staff members at their Hitchin branch providing superb service. A total of 39 pictures were taken to showcase our property and I cannot fault their approach in any way at all - you will never use a high street agent ever again !

Hiring a high street agent would have easily cost me close to £10k. Altogether, Hatched cost me only slightly over a thousand. What's not to like? For this price my flat was advertised on the leading property websites, I had a dedicated agent from Hatched, beautiful professional pictures and more than 15 visits of our property were conducted by the agent. I would highly recommend Hatched especially if your property is fairly straightforward to sell (e.g. in good condition and in good loation). The service is of very good quality, the staff is hard-working and professional, the systems in place work smoothly. Altogether, I'm really glad we chose Hatched.
