This is the third time I've given Sony a chance. The prvious two times have been with VCRs. This Sony DVP-S360 is a piece of garbage and it is the last straw. Had it for about two months when the front display stopped working. Then it started skipping around on discs. There were no scratches on the ...

I was on the web looking for some data on the "No Disk" problem I was having with my Sony DVP=S360.
It failed out of the blue, no warning. Judging from the reviews on this and several other boards, It looks like I may be screwed once again by SONY,
I should have learned my lesson when my kids PS ...

I can't believe the terrible reviews, particularly with regards to Sony's customer service. How can Sony's reps even pretend they are not aware of problems with this product? My DVP-360 unit also failed, about a year and a half after purchase. It's like clockwork. Something must be done!

Every DVD loaded was slow to act, then prompted the C:13:00 error. Sometimes it would play the DVD and when you were 3/4's of the way through it would jump back to beginning of movie. Finally would not play any DVD's at all. I purchased another brand player and will never buy Sony products again. Th ...

I am sad to say I can be added to the list of people having the same problems with this Sony product. I can assume from what I have read all over the net now that machine is a paper weight, since it no longer plays my dvd.

Have a Sony DVP-S360 which after only 2 years now has the infamous "NO DISC" error. Sony is synonymous with JUNK, it's my last Sony product, ever. I am going to try the Ben Morris' fix.

I experienced the same problem everyone else did with the error C-13 and "no disk" error on my DVD Sony SP-360.
I used the information provided by Ben Morris on his web site http://www.benmorris.net/dvd/ and hooked up an external micro-fuse jack, and wired it to the actual F-402 fuse. I attached th ...
