Don't buy this phone if you know what's good for you. If you want to take the chance, at least purchase a protection plan that would allow you to replace the equipment when you need it. I have been using this phone for nearly six months with an average of 1400 minutes per month without any problems. Like the ability to be able to disable the roam feature. Also enjoy the ability to connect with the web with my laptop via the wireless web connection kit for this phone.
