Flew bournemouth to murcia Good friendly service, both times due to all passenagers on board we left early. Captain on inbound journey very imformative with flight information. Now even better with allocated seating pay inadvance or free when you checkin on line. This does make it easier to board, Snacks and drinks are plenty. “youre paying for a bus really”

ryanair is basically a bus service for the air. if you use it expecting the same service you would get on the bus or coach then you wont be disappointed. we flew from stansted to gerona in may 2014. only used hand luggage and handbag as allowed but ensured they were of the required size and weight. though once queuing we noticed that several passengers bags were way over the size limits but ryanair hadnt said anything. also ryanair made such an issue of the 10kg weight limit on the hand… Read Full Review

“worst airline experience ever”

Tried to take Ryanair flights yesterday from Luton to Nimes airport to attend a friend's wedding. We got into the first aeroplane and after 30mins were told we needed to get out of it because the radar wasn't working. 3 hours later we were put onto another plane that was flown in from Stansted airport. I got held in security with my diabetic daughter who is insulin dependent and needs to travel with needles. had a hospital letter but did not make any difference had to go through security twice plus frisk searched twice. “Extortion”

Disgusting customer service, service? Daylight robbery. Penalty of £280 for not printing passes despite trying on several occassions, to be penalised for this is fine, but £70 per person is completely disproportionate, totally spoilt an otherwise pleasant holiday, no sympathy from them, meant sitting separately from 3 and 6 year olds, who cried most of the way. Ryanair is not a company that provides a shoulder to cry on or the most friendly stewards and i'm fine with that, People moaning about charges should seriously read things before they buy them. I agree with everything you've said. Have flown with Ryanair many times and only delayed once when incoming flight was delayed due to fog. Hardly Ryanair's fault!

I would never have considered flying with Ryanair if it had not been for Manston airport in Thanet closing down. We had been booked on a flight to Venice with KLM, and although never actually got to fly with them I would not book with then again due to the unbelievable trouble I had getting my money back on a flight they cancelled. will not fly with them again until they have done away with this rule. What does this 7 day rule mean for people? well , if you trip is lasting more than 7 days you cannot print your return journey! oh you can? just as long as you pay extra for allocated seats. I'm really disappointed and had very bad experience at Ryanair company. Today I had to fly to Portugal to Porto and I missed my flight but the thing gates close 06.30am and we been 06.20am at the gates. Of course we should come earlier but still we had 10 min. I agree completely. I will never deal with them again. Imagine this. We are going to London and Paris later this month. We were considering taking a side trip to Dublin. We attempted a booking through FlightNetworkSales. For whatever reason, it came back as "not accepted", confirmed later by the booking agency, who were good to deal with. We made other plans which do not include Ireland. Lo and behold, somehow the information got through to RyanAir and they pushed through the ticket. The email confirmation came through from RyanAir and we phoned within ten minutes to point out the error. We were told to basically shove off and complain to whoever we wanted.


FlightNetwork was unsuccessful in trying to get our money back. RyanAir would not honour the agency's cancellation policy of $50. So we are out the entire ticket price of the return tickets.

RyanAir ---- sue us! The truth is an absolute defence to defamation. I have never seen worse customer service.

“Boarding cards only available to print 7 days before...”

re: stupid rule of not being able to print boarding cards until 7 days before travel meaning you can't print your return flight boarding cards before leaving home if you are on holiday for 7 days or more. I had no access to internet whilst on holiday (which is the way most people want it as they are on HOLIDAY) so unable to print boarding cards and ended up having to pay 210 euros for 3 boarding cards at the airport. I have spent 3 hours trying to book flights to Edinburgh from Dublin with a voucher i received for christmas. I can not continue unless i give my card detail. The voucher is worth €100.
