“Just awful miserable female staff, uncomfortable seating”

Ryanair is one of the worst airlines and I speak from experience since I have travelled around the world. The female staff never smile, do not ask for any help since they are not interested and they are always ready to start an argument. I would like to add that the male staff on Ryanair are helpful, polite and they smile. Just got back from Gran Canaria on Flight FR3163 and can officially confirm that I have had the pleasure of meeting the most misearble Air Hostess on this planet. “HOW TO GET THEM TO UNDERSTAND ”

Well first and last time for Ryanair. Did anyone else know that your seats are not saved unless you pay extra for them? “New way to get your money”

Having booked flights with Ryanair we decided to get our car hire through them as well. On arrival at the Hertz desk at the resort airport we were told there was a new rule for Ryanair customers only (we were shown a sign on the booking desk). Ryanair customers only had to bring the car back empty of fuel and would be charged for a full tank regardless of the amount of fuel left in the car. Never use Rhynair. If you do than you would definitely be charged extra money for your suitcase size (£60) and also for not printing your boarding pass (£70). They guidelines are so tricky that you could hardly understand what you want. A very aggressive lady in check in told that we have to pay £70 for not printing a boarding pass. “Acri-money at the Gate”

If Ryan Air can wrench more money from you, over and above what you paid them for their super-cheap tickets, they will do so, with a vengeance. Like octopi, their personnel lurk, awaiting passengers who haven’t researched every last nuance of their terms and conditions. In our case, they got us at the Gate. “Nothing compares to Ryanair”

Ryanair charged us an extra £210 at the airport just because we didn't read their small print and didn't print out our boarding passes. The boarding pass is issued after a long and tricky online procedure during which you have to be very careful in order to avoid extra payments for services which you don't need. I made a booking, received all my confirmations, with codes and prices charged. Only to now see that among all the emails they sent, one sent later said the booking had been cancelled by them. No help number, no reasons, no way of reaching them. They have sent me multiple emails since asking me to check in, with tips for my trip and reminders about travel. We had missed the small print that explained you had to pay for luggage seperately on flights in & out. Cost us £400! to get our cases home. Booked through Ebookers and didn't have an option to book luggage! Therefor they are now charging me extra because i didn't book the luggage the same time as the flight ticket, even though i didn't have an option to do so. I flew with my family from Manchester UK to Palma 31 July. The first surprise was at check in when we were informed that each bag should be 20Kg or less. One bag weighed 16 Kg the other 21Kg. We had to pay £20 for "excess bagage"!. All other airlines average it out. On the plain, the floor was cluttered with rubbish from previous flight. “Cheapest option but ok”

Like many Rayanair do add loads of cost options and yes they do add up. I found consistent searching helped and when found out kids had inset school day the return flight was so cheap! Had no trouble with boarding passes or baggage, all weighed and extra copies printed before we left. We had to wait about 20 minutes while 1 sullen girl checked everyone in.
