My goods arrived on time but sending returning unwanted items was a nightmare. I arranged it via their website for a collection on a specific day... a day off from work & nobody turned up. I called customer service later in the day to be told my request for collection had not gone through due to a technical error. I was fuming as I was told I could not use the Post Office. This made it very difficult for me as I was on a 12 day stretch at work after my day off so I would not be home to wait... (read more)

Bon Prix make it absolutely impossible for you to return goods so they don't have to refund you. I have stayed in on three different days from 8am - 8pm yet nobody turned up to collect the package. Will NEVER shop with them again and DO NOT recommend it. (read more)

I AM OFF ON HOLIDAY IN TWO DAYS ORDERED MY ITEM LIKE 3 WEEKS AGO AND AM STILL WAITING!!! I CALLED BON PRIX TWICE THEY TOLD ME TO CALL BACK I CALLED 5 MINUTES AGO AND SAID TO THE LADY DOES IT NORMALLY TAKE THIS LONG ETC..... SHE MADE EXCUSES SO I TOLD HER I WILL BE RETURNING THE ITEM!!!

Having read these reviews I would like to say I have shopped with Bonprix on numerous occasions and had absolutely no problem at all. I once had to wait for a T-shirt that was out of stock; however when I phoned them, the staff were very helpful and resolved my query efficiently. The main problem affecting people seems to be with delivery times. There is no delivery time stated when purchasing from them, so how - when no delivery time is stated - can items be late? My advice: DO NOT ORDER from them!!
This was my first order from Bon Prix. After 9 days of waiting I received a letter stating the delivery was on hold because I had chosen to pay by acceptgiro (pay their bill within 14 days after receival of goods). I was requested to pay to the deliverer or by creditcard UP FRONT. Since I was reluctant to PAY UP FRONT for goods I have not even seen or fitted, I called customer service.

Received the latest catalogue today, every item I tried to order was out of stock or sold out, and I am talking a good number of items. Why send a catalogue when you cant buy anything?!! So frustrating as I do like their designs and colours. (read more)

I had tried on numerous occasions to make payments to them but they were having problems with there website so when i tried calling them i was put on hold for that long i gave up they have now put a default on my experian credit account although the account has been settled they have failded to update my report since july 2008 so after contacting them i was promised it would be dealt with and still nothing has been done even experian has been contacting them every to weeks and stiil nothing... I would like to say that Bonprix kept their legal promise
and refunded me and it didn't take that long but it was tedious. You need to apply for a refund by post and first wait for them to send you the form.
Phone them to keep on top of it. Staff were friendly and sincere. So that is a positive for Bonprix.
The only reason I asked for a refund was because their courier service never delivered my parcel and claimed that they did. I had to dispute this.

Absolutely awful! Will NEVER use them again becuase their delivery and payment system is seriously dodgy!
There are lots of complaints about them - why are they still allowed to exist?!
I wish I'd read the reviews first.
I am still waiting for 2 items which they claim have been delivered.

I bought a top from Bonprix in August which although was 'in stock' took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. It didn't look ANYTHING like the picture on the site (a large part of the top was white on the site and orange on the top I recieved!), and was too big so the next day I sent it back first class, asking for a smaller size.

Dont bother deliveries are always late
Items not as per the website etc and quality is cheap
AND if you want a refund even though you state on your returned items that you want a refund unless you chase them you won't get it. All they do is credit your account with them and therefore encourage you to continue buying from them.
My guess is they make huge ammounts of money on interest from our money that should be refunded.

It was my first order with bonprix, I spent 100 pounds. It turns out that only one top and one jeans fitted me, even if all off them where the same size. To be honest I didn't like them at all, somehow those clothes looks much better on website than in reality.
Anyway, I ask for collection of return and I spend 3 days at home waiting for courier, as he didn't shop up at first 2 appointments. I return goods worth 68 pounds,which for me is a lot of money being frozen, as it was 3 months ago... (read more)

I bought a maxi dress in June it looked beautiful,when it arrived it was not as i expected so i returned it. It is now August and i am still waiting on my refund. I have been shopping with Bonprix a few years and the only problem is when you make a return, the refund takes forever. I will think twice before making future orders. (read more)

Bon Prix (part of the Freemans Group) have been absolutely awful with delivery, out of stock and worst of all their accounts. Their customer service is the worst! I paid my disputed bill in full and final settlement a year ago, and they are still writing to me. They ignored many, many letters including special delivery recorded. Avoid dealing with Bon Prix.
