“Nightmare! Huge effort just to receive items you've...”

Absolute nightmare so stressful! I placed an order 6/8/13, few days later received an email saying it would be delivered today 10/8/13 but no attempt was made to deliver it, instead the driver drove it around for a few hours and sent it straight back. “Bad service!!”

I'm so angry. I ordered my item AGES Ago. It was due on the 5th of August it is now the 13th of August. No one has told me whether there is a delay or anything. I believe they just haven't sent it. I have contacted via email twice and they do not reply to my questions. I can't call, all I want is my dress I payed hard earned money for. “Disgusting customer service”

I placed an order on 26th July and have still not received my order! When i queried this, apparently this was attempted to be delivered 4 times, but no delivery card was left. I emailed 1st August and gave my work address. Have emailed about 10 times since and everytime it has been picked up by a different person. “Disusting service will never ever order from boohoo again!”

“Terrible service! ”

I placed my order on tues the 23rd of july for an outing on sunday the 28th. I recieved an email on sat the 27th saying i would recieve my order that day, it did not arrive so i didnt have my order on time! Delivery was re-arranged for yesterday and again it didnt arrive! “Appalling service”

Poor delivery service. Poor records management. Slow, inefficient and frustrating email contact system. Evasive and disinterested customer service. Refusal to refund something I paid for but didn't receive- bad taste, let alone completely immoral! I placed a large order and paid for next day delivery. However, only half of my order turned up. This is not true. Do not Claim what you do not do. Your customer service department is not open 24/7 especially since it took days for you me to receive a reply, secondly its email only, there is no contact number. I do not have further queries nor will I ever use your site or recommend you to anyone ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! “Never ordering from them again.”

Ordered a pair of shoes for a wedding, the delivery said up to 4 working days so I had plenty of time so didnt bother with the express delivery. My shoes got delivered 6 days later, and they did not fit!!!! I ordered my normal size 7 shoes and my foot hung off the back of the shoe!! “Total Rip Off!! ”

Total rip off and disgusting customer service. Ordered a dress and necklace & they sent me it twice , charged me for it twice ... Then when I sent the second parcel back including one of my items I didn't like, i complained after hearing nothing ! then they said they'd refund me £10 pounds which takes upto 21 days. “Terrible company, lousy business. It's a joke, really...”

I ordered few times with boohoo and always had problems. To be honest I order from them some cheap stuff that I don't care much about, but they are awful and I have to warn people out there if they want to spend some money on boohoo and advise them not to do it! “You clearly get what you pay for”

I ordered 8 items from boohoo and the delivery was quite quick and came when I expected. I was so excited when my parcel came as the clothes on the site looked so good, only to reveal the awful quality of the clothes. I ordered two pairs of shoes (size 5) and are clearly too big for me which is ridiculous. A blouse I bought is also made from cheap and tacky material and isn't even stitched properly.
