“Email contact made refund complicated and confusion ”

I have made an order last week, but because of the technical error, my parcel is failed to dispatched. I asked for refund through email as there's no phone contact, different boohoo staff replied me rather than stick with one person who deal with the whole process. same happened to me technical error but I wanted my fab boots but hey guess what out of stock! Fuming! When I asked to raise complaint was advised to write in. Ha they think this will stop me taking it further not a chance in the meanwhile intend to give bad reviews everywhere. tell the world to steer clear and filled in their own survey badly!

same to me too!! they sent me an email after they had messed up my order and wouldn't give me a refund to ask me to fill in a feedback form saying how their service was!!
i filled it all in badly and they took all my reviews from their website down! they ask for your feedback but don't actually want it!!

“I ordered a onesie for my daughter for christmas last...”

Yeah your customer service is hapoy to help.Like they helped me yesterday, I am out of pocket by 94.99 due to your incompitent delivery company hermes who might I add yous wont investigate.My parcel was left with a neighbour who wont answer his door and I never agreed to this.How dare yous take my money and I have nothing for it.Yous treat your customers appallingly. I have contacted trading standards about this comoany they think they are a law upon themselves.The delivery company they use are the same.Boohoo wont investigate deliveries that you havnt recieved, they didnt with me.They employ this company bt claim they have no rights to investigate for there customers.They are a absolute sham of a comoany and everyone please be very wary of ordering from them.I intend on looking a lot further into this company.

The next day, I recieved an email sayong how unfortunately, they had, had a glitch in the their sytem, and my item would not arrive until the following day. “STAY AWAY”

I was shopping and saw everything I wanted & put it in my basket. Of course, I had to register, once I did that all the sale prices changed and my total went up drastically! Very disappointing! Once I saw that I knew they were full of it so I didn't order. The prices are still pretty cheap BUT not as cheap as they were before you register. “brilliant clothes”

I order quite a lot of clothing on boohoo,i find them very reasonable,wash nice,fit nice I am a 14 but looking at the size guide my top is a 14 and bottom 16 so because I like straight fitted dresses I send for a 16,sometimes I need to take a little in round the under arms but not very often.I find there clothes comfortable to wear.Price is right and delivery great… Read Full Review

“Price should be lower due to the lack of good quality!”

Boohoo is a site with fashionable clothing and accessories which is great but the thing that bugs me is the blatant lack in quality. After one standard wash the material becomes, even more, thinner than before. The seams come undone, colour has faded in some occasions and rips appear so easily. “Worst customer service ever”

After ordering and trying to pay via paypal, my order got cancelled, and the reason was paypal security check had failed, I asked what was the reason of this failure, and they didn't know ( my paypal is legit and I never had a problem paying with it). “RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE & SIZE CHART”

So i ordered 3 pairs of jeans (worst mistake) I ordered all size 14 (my actual size) they say all sizes are accurate right? WRONG.. So i get the delivery now i try on each Jeans two of the pairs dont even fit they feel like your squeezing into a size 12 or something. “Appalling”

I have had nothing but problems whenever I have ordered from Boohoo. The first time, I ordered a bag which had been mis-described. It also arrived covered in marks and the buckle was rusty. I sent it back expecting a refund within a week, as would be the norm, and when nothing happened I went to the website. I had to trawl through several pages to find the returns policy, and when I eventually found it discovered I had to wait 30 days for a refund.
