The next day, I recieved an email sayong how unfortunately, they had, had a glitch in the their sytem, and my item would not arrive until the following day. “STAY AWAY”

I was shopping and saw everything I wanted & put it in my basket. Of course, I had to register, once I did that all the sale prices changed and my total went up drastically! Very disappointing! Once I saw that I knew they were full of it so I didn't order. The prices are still pretty cheap BUT not as cheap as they were before you register. “brilliant clothes”

I order quite a lot of clothing on boohoo,i find them very reasonable,wash nice,fit nice I am a 14 but looking at the size guide my top is a 14 and bottom 16 so because I like straight fitted dresses I send for a 16,sometimes I need to take a little in round the under arms but not very often.I find there clothes comfortable to wear.Price is right and delivery great… Read Full Review

“Price should be lower due to the lack of good quality!”

Boohoo is a site with fashionable clothing and accessories which is great but the thing that bugs me is the blatant lack in quality. After one standard wash the material becomes, even more, thinner than before. The seams come undone, colour has faded in some occasions and rips appear so easily. The best thing I bought from Boohoo was a rain mac for about £2.00 which I used for a festival. “Worst customer service ever”

After ordering and trying to pay via paypal, my order got cancelled, and the reason was paypal security check had failed, I asked what was the reason of this failure, and they didn't know ( my paypal is legit and I never had a problem paying with it). “Cheap and rubbish clothes and horrible customer service”

The clothes make Primark feel like Armani. The material used is cheap and the seams are weak. After one wash and wear the clothes will fall apart. “RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE & SIZE CHART”

So i ordered 3 pairs of jeans (worst mistake) I ordered all size 14 (my actual size) they say all sizes are accurate right? WRONG.. So i get the delivery now i try on each Jeans two of the pairs dont even fit they feel like your squeezing into a size 12 or something. One of the trousers fit, well kinda they're really tight (skinnies) I have cuts now where they've been digging into my leg if you understand that. Just so you know there is a contact telephone no for any deliveries in the Manchester and surrounding area. Their no is 01942 844160. “Appalling”

I have had nothing but problems whenever I have ordered from Boohoo. The first time, I ordered a bag which had been mis-described. It also arrived covered in marks and the buckle was rusty. I sent it back expecting a refund within a week, as would be the norm, and when nothing happened I went to the website. I had to trawl through several pages to find the returns policy, and when I eventually found it discovered I had to wait 30 days for a refund. “Nightmare! Huge effort just to receive items you've...”

I placed an order 6/8/13, few days later received an email saying it would be delivered today 10/8/13 but no attempt was made to deliver it, instead the driver drove it around for a few hours and sent it straight back. “Bad service!!”

I'm so angry. I ordered my item AGES Ago. It was due on the 5th of August it is now the 13th of August. No one has told me whether there is a delay or anything. I believe they just haven't sent it. I have contacted via email twice and they do not reply to my questions. I can't call, all I want is my dress I payed hard earned money for. I placed an order on 26th July and have still not received my order! When i queried this, apparently this was attempted to be delivered 4 times, but no delivery card was left. I emailed 1st August and gave my work address. Have emailed about 10 times since and everytime it has been picked up by a different person. “Disusting service will never ever order from boohoo again!”
