“Unprofessional and lack of customer service”

I ordered a pair of shoes on the 24th. I paid for fast delivery within 4 days. I received an e-mail to say my order is dispatched on the 25th. All I can say now is that it is 1 November and 6 days letter there is no sign of a delivery. I contacted them via Boohoo customer services and my reply stated Hermes attempted delivery 3 times but I was not there so order is returning to Boohoo and they cannot refund me my postage. “load of trash ”

I have seen all the garments made in Leicester all in under paid shoddy factories with no skilled labour fitting is diabolical and only takes a wash to be put in a bin, better at primark at least quick returns and refunds no question asked… Read Full Review

“rip off company”

Boohoos delivery company hermes delivered a parcel of mine to a neighbour today who has not given me the goods.I signed nothing to say it was ok for them to leave my goods with a someone.I emailed boohoo whovrang me and said they wont be reimbursing me and there delivery comoany wont let them investigate.Boohoo took the money from my account and I have recieved nothing in return for it. “Save your money (and your time!) ”

This is just a waste of time and money. They posted me the incorrect item, and its taken MONTHS to organise a refund. They promised me weeks ago that they would refund the postage I had to pay, and then due to a "technical error" my refund was never processed. Its lucky that I am quite diligent, I worry that there are younger girls out there that would just forget about these things and lose money. Please don't use this site guys, its really not worth it. “DONT SHOP HEAR!!!!”

i ordered quite a large amount of clothing (10 items including 2 pairs of shoes) so i completed my orders in 3 separate transactions. i purchased and ordered all of these transactions at the same time yet i had a week between one of the orders from arriving, there 3-5 day delivery time is a lie!!! i then unwrapped my products and found that 2 of them were completely wrong! i had ordered some black heeled shoe boots size 5 and received some white trainers sized 8! i also ordered a jacket size… Read Full Review

“Worse than terrible! AVOID!”

I placed an order on 14.10.13, 9 days ago, I received an order confirmation but have since not even received an email to say the order was dispatched. “This dosent seem right”

I ordered from boohoo before! I live in the Republic of Ireland which on there website says 2-3 working days. “Boo hoo indeed.”

Two and half weeks ago, I ordered a boohoo outfit and choose the four day delivery option. The same day of purchase, a conformation e-mail came through and the money was taken within two days. “let down avoid!”

Ordered my goods and paid for them kept checking status but didn't come. “Email contact made refund complicated and confusion ”

I have made an order last week, but because of the technical error, my parcel is failed to dispatched. I asked for refund through email as there's no phone contact, different boohoo staff replied me rather than stick with one person who deal with the whole process. I have contacted trading standards about this comoany they think they are a law upon themselves.The delivery company they use are the same.Boohoo wont investigate deliveries that you havnt recieved, they didnt with me.They employ this company bt claim they have no rights to investigate for there customers.They are a absolute sham of a comoany and everyone please be very wary of ordering from them.I intend on looking a lot further into this company.

“STAY AWAY”

I was shopping and saw everything I wanted & put it in my basket. Of course, I had to register, once I did that all the sale prices changed and my total went up drastically! Very disappointing! Once I saw that I knew they were full of it so I didn't order. The prices are still pretty cheap BUT not as cheap as they were before you register. I order quite a lot of clothing on boohoo,i find them very reasonable,wash nice,fit nice I am a 14 but looking at the size guide my top is a 14 and bottom 16 so because I like straight fitted dresses I send for a 16,sometimes I need to take a little in round the under arms but not very often.I find there clothes comfortable to wear.Price is right and delivery great… Read Full Review

“Price should be lower due to the lack of good quality!”

Boohoo is a site with fashionable clothing and accessories which is great but the thing that bugs me is the blatant lack in quality. After one standard wash the material becomes, even more, thinner than before. The seams come undone, colour has faded in some occasions and rips appear so easily.
