Placed my very first and last order with this company in Nov. Thanksgiving weekend for the Cara Camo print hooded parka as a christmas gift for my daughter who saw this jacket and fell in love. Became a little concerned when Dec 16th arrived and I still had not recieved my order. “DISGUSTING RIDICLOUS FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE ”

“Boohoo- Shopping Online”

As this isn't a first time buying online, I am quite aware of the scamming system going on with some online stores but I was quite amazed to find that a shop with such bad reviews could bring such quality to a product. The clothes I purchased were at a decent price, great quality, and perfect fit. The customer service was great. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. BooHoo.com are opening taking money for orders that they have no intention of fulfilling. “SHOCKING COMPANY ”

I have shopped on some pretty poor clothing websites but this tops them all. You would never believe a company who advertise on MTV could be so bad. After ordering some items, I had an order confirmation email to say that I would get a further email when my items are despatched. 10 days later I had still not received an email. I have had same issue where it states i have had my items delivered by Hermes (carrier company) they state that they left my items in my safe place which was a porch funny though that i don't have a porch. i emailed customer services explaining all of this and i have finally had a response where they asked me to check my "porch" and my neighbors also they asked me to confirm my delivery address. obviously my response was polite but also to the point confirming everything including the fact that i don't have a porch or a front garden. I received an email again today to confirm that they are looking in to this but first i have to sign a disclaimer for that will be sent to my address. Lets hope it gets sent and i receive it!.

i ordered a over £100 worth of items and had to send about £70 worth back due to poor quality and bad sizing. one of the dresses that i ordered had terrible stitching so half of the pattern was straight and the other half wonky - it looked like my 2 year old niece could of done better! one of the jumpers was also pictured as a long jumper and when i received it it turned out to be a cropped jumper? “Never purchasing from this company again”

I purchased some items from this company. The cost of p and p was £3.99 and would take 5 working days however it has taken longer than this time frame and I am very disatified. I constantly keep checking my tracking order for my only response to be that they haven't got this order. After now reading other reviews I am worried they are going to keep my money but not give me the items. I placed an order with Boo Hoo on Tuesday 3rd December for 3 items. At the time all items were in stock and the amount of £39.39 was debited from my bank account. This included delivery within 5 working days. “Bad service, bad experience, false advertising - avoid!”

Before I ordered their website was displaying incorrect prices, next day delivery and showing stock as available when it actually wasn't. I ordered two dresses. On the 06/11 I received a parcel with one incorrect inferior skirt for £10 rather than the two dresses I had ordered for £21. This was down to their zero quality checking of their picking and packing team as the invoice was not signed by a quality control checker. “Can't believe a this company!”

The items were very late being delivered so I returned them, I had notified Boohoo that I didn't even want them before I had received them because they were so late. When I returned the items I received an email from Boohoo a few days later confirming they had received all 4 items I had returned. i have read up to 20 reviews on ere that are terrible and this response is the answer to them all its a standard response letter , your company still owe me for £80 worth of clothes i ordered 10 days ago and not had any answer to emails i have sent to complain. If you can go on twitter and write to them on their twitter, even if you don't have a twitter account make one just for that that's what I had to do. There's so many pages on there that are people who have been robbed by boohoo and they will try to help you.

Once you tweet boohoo they will try to help you obviously because they try to put a front on like they actually know what customer service is About!
But yeah twitter is your best bet, good luck I hope you get it sorted and please don't buy from them Again!

I have not received the parcel and Hermes, the couriers, apparently, say that they delivered the parcel to my porch (we have an open doorstep) which is a concern since I was at home at the time they claim to have delivered the parcel. I hadn't had a refund and it was a MONTH after I emailed them asking where my refund was, they asked me to Email them proof of postage, I done that and they came back saying that due to the weight on the postage they will not refund me. Hey, seeings as I've had kind of the same experience as you with this rubbish company! Check your emails because when Boohoo will have revived your returned items they send out an email to tell you which items they have received back. This is what happened with me, I returned all items and they confirmed receipt of ALL items then they tried to tell me they only received 2 out of 4! I went back through my emails and forwarded them the confirmation one they sent me telling eye they had received all items.

So check your emails it's worth a try, and good luck! X

“Confused ”

I used to like it, sure the quality isn't the best, cant expect much for these prices. I am happy with most of my purchases. I have a few dresses which are in size 8, but huge - more like size 12. I hate the changed policy. Now they charge international customers 25% more! That's just plain wrong, change the shipping fee not the whole prices. Boohoo is totally unreliable and must be made aware that they cannot take money from their customers as this is in effect what they are doing and getting away with!

I WILL RECTIFY MY COMMENT WHEN YOU GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I´VE BEEN TALKING WITH A LOT OF PEOPLE FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVERYBODY SAYS THE SAME. Hi Mona, I didn't receive anything although boohoo web site said the parcel was delivered into a secure place, something I don't understand because I have one paper from Hermes company with the word: overgate, (I couldn't gess what that means) on it and nothing else, no signature... Boohoo is sending always this stupid mails with "we are sorry, blah, blah, blah", but the truth is that I've paid for something that I don't have. I am waiting for them to give me a replay. If they don't want to give me a refund I'll demand them about fraud. Please, do the same, go and speak with a lawyer.

Hi Shlher - similar here - they say courier delivered to my porch - I don't have a porch. I was in house at the time. No-one rang, no note etc and now saying all the time that it will take 28 days to follow up with Hermes!
They cannot be allowed to get away with this as the safe delivery of items is between them and their courier NOT the customers!
I intend to take this matter further ... hope you do too. They have £45 of my money!

Hi,
I think the couriers took the clothes and now somebody, (girlfriend´s, sister´s, daughter´s, wife´s couriers...) is wearing them instead of us.
I´m waiting for them to finish with the 28 days theatre, then I will hire a lawyer to send them to court if they don´t give me a refund. You can do the same. We are not the only people. Cheers!
