“Shocking company.... left without christmas presents....”

I would never deal with this company again as they seem totally detached from the courier company that is supposed to be delivering the goods. Communication very poor and have left us 3 weeks later with no delivery and no idea when the good will be delivered as they say they are waiting for info from Hermes.... despite ordering 15th Dec with promise of delivery by Christmas. “WORST COMPANY EVER!!!”

I ordered a dress that was reasonably priced, was happy about the no shipping charge and then when it arrived I was to pay over $50 for customs! I was never told about an additional charge and after spending $100 on dresses and told there would be no shipping charge I was not about to pay and additional $50. “Worst online experience ever!”

I ordered some items and paid next day delivery as I was hoping to receive them for Christmas. Today is the 2nd of January 2014, still no goods and no explanation. I was told yesterday that my issue has now been passed onto the enquiries team (still waiting to hear from them). “bad service, good clothes”

I ordered a dress and heels at boohoo with the UK Savers Delivery which expects a 3-5 day range. However, my order came after 7 days. If I wanted my order to come in 7 days I would have had the UK Super Saver delivery! I am very annoyed that I have paid extra for the Savers when the service didn't even happen. “Hate it”

I bought 4 garments from boohoo and returned 3 items of that all in one parcel. Boohoo claims that they received only one garment and did not refund me the money I paid for the other two garments though it was in one parcel. Its not possible that they received only 1 in 3 garments when it was in the same pack. I have never had returns problem with any shopping website, but boohoo is totally unreliable for returns. They were offering a 20% discount so i went ahead and ordered three items. I couldn't apply the discount so emailed them straightaway asking them to apply the discount and cancel my order if they were unable to do it. Not only did they not give me the discount but by the time they confirmed they won't be applying the discount, my order had been dispatched and they said they wouldn't cancel it. I was so excited to find a site that had cute christmas onesies for a decent price. My sisters and I ordered four and when the arrived only three were present. Thats a huge issue that boohoo lost 1/4th of my order... On top of that, one of the onesies had a huge hole along the seam. THEN, a different onesie has one of the poms missing. I have shopped on some pretty poor clothing websites but this tops them all. You would never believe a company who advertise on MTV could be so bad. After ordering some items, I had an order confirmation email to say that I would get a further email when my items are despatched. 10 days later I had still not received an email. I have had same issue where it states i have had my items delivered by Hermes (carrier company) they state that they left my items in my safe place which was a porch funny though that i don't have a porch. i emailed customer services explaining all of this and i have finally had a response where they asked me to check my "porch" and my neighbors also they asked me to confirm my delivery address. obviously my response was polite but also to the point confirming everything including the fact that i don't have a porch or a front garden. I received an email again today to confirm that they are looking in to this but first i have to sign a disclaimer for that will be sent to my address. Lets hope it gets sent and i receive it!.
Good luck with trying to receive your items or getting a refund.

i ordered a over £100 worth of items and had to send about £70 worth back due to poor quality and bad sizing. one of the dresses that i ordered had terrible stitching so half of the pattern was straight and the other half wonky - it looked like my 2 year old niece could of done better! one of the jumpers was also pictured as a long jumper and when i received it it turned out to be a cropped jumper? “Never purchasing from this company again”

I purchased some items from this company. The cost of p and p was £3.99 and would take 5 working days however it has taken longer than this time frame and I am very disatified. I constantly keep checking my tracking order for my only response to be that they haven't got this order. After now reading other reviews I am worried they are going to keep my money but not give me the items. Having placed an order on the 1st December on the 3-5 day delivery (£3.99) I waited 6 days for confirmation that my full order was shipped. 4 days later I get an email saying that part of my order is out of stock and I will be refunded in 3-5 days. Firstly, please accept my most sincere apologies for the trouble that you have had with your recent order with boohoo.com, and the problems that have arisen with it.
We really do try to make sure that all problems that may arise, are rectified as quickly as possible, and it does look like on this occasion we may not have given our usual great standard of service.
