“Shocking company worse customer service”

Having placed an order on the 1st December on the 3-5 day delivery (£3.99) I waited 6 days for confirmation that my full order was shipped. 4 days later I get an email saying that part of my order is out of stock and I will be refunded in 3-5 days. I placed an order with Boo Hoo on Tuesday 3rd December for 3 items. At the time all items were in stock and the amount of £39.39 was debited from my bank account. This included delivery within 5 working days. “Bad service, bad experience, false advertising - avoid!”

Before I ordered their website was displaying incorrect prices, next day delivery and showing stock as available when it actually wasn't. I ordered two dresses. On the 06/11 I received a parcel with one incorrect inferior skirt for £10 rather than the two dresses I had ordered for £21. This was down to their zero quality checking of their picking and packing team as the invoice was not signed by a quality control checker. “Can't believe a this company!”

The worst online company I have EVER dealt with! I purchased over £100 of clothes from them, when It arrived they were NOTHING like the items I ordered. The items were very late being delivered so I returned them, I had notified Boohoo that I didn't even want them before I had received them because they were so late. When I returned the items I received an email from Boohoo a few days later confirming they had received all 4 items I had returned. i have read up to 20 reviews on ere that are terrible and this response is the answer to them all its a standard response letter , your company still owe me for £80 worth of clothes i ordered 10 days ago and not had any answer to emails i have sent to complain. Hi Redder, sorry to hear about your problems with this company they are a disgrace!

If you can go on twitter and write to them on their twitter, even if you don't have a twitter account make one just for that that's what I had to do. There's so many pages on there that are people who have been robbed by boohoo and they will try to help you.

Once you tweet boohoo they will try to help you obviously because they try to put a front on like they actually know what customer service is About!
But yeah twitter is your best bet, good luck I hope you get it sorted and please don't buy from them Again!

I have not received the parcel and Hermes, the couriers, apparently, say that they delivered the parcel to my porch (we have an open doorstep) which is a concern since I was at home at the time they claim to have delivered the parcel. “BEWARE DO NOT USE”

I brought over a 100.00 worth of clothes and kept one top so returned the other items around 90.00 . I hadn't had a refund and it was a MONTH after I emailed them asking where my refund was, they asked me to Email them proof of postage, I done that and they came back saying that due to the weight on the postage they will not refund me. Hey, seeings as I've had kind of the same experience as you with this rubbish company! Check your emails because when Boohoo will have revived your returned items they send out an email to tell you which items they have received back. This is what happened with me, I returned all items and they confirmed receipt of ALL items then they tried to tell me they only received 2 out of 4! I went back through my emails and forwarded them the confirmation one they sent me telling eye they had received all items.

So check your emails it's worth a try, and good luck! X

I used to like it, sure the quality isn't the best, cant expect much for these prices. I am happy with most of my purchases. I have a few dresses which are in size 8, but huge - more like size 12. I hate the changed policy. Now they charge international customers 25% more! That's just plain wrong, change the shipping fee not the whole prices. Hi Mona, I didn't receive anything although boohoo web site said the parcel was delivered into a secure place, something I don't understand because I have one paper from Hermes company with the word: overgate, (I couldn't gess what that means) on it and nothing else, no signature... Boohoo is sending always this stupid mails with "we are sorry, blah, blah, blah", but the truth is that I've paid for something that I don't have. I am waiting for them to give me a replay. If they don't want to give me a refund I'll demand them about fraud. Please, do the same, go and speak with a lawyer.

Hi Shlher - similar here - they say courier delivered to my porch - I don't have a porch. I was in house at the time. No-one rang, no note etc and now saying all the time that it will take 28 days to follow up with Hermes!
They cannot be allowed to get away with this as the safe delivery of items is between them and their courier NOT the customers!
I intend to take this matter further ... hope you do too. They have £45 of my money!

I think the couriers took the clothes and now somebody, (girlfriend´s, sister´s, daughter´s, wife´s couriers...) is wearing them instead of us.
I´m waiting for them to finish with the 28 days theatre, then I will hire a lawyer to send them to court if they don´t give me a refund. You can do the same. We are not the only people. Cheers!

Boohoos delivery company hermes delivered a parcel of mine to a neighbour today who has not given me the goods.I signed nothing to say it was ok for them to leave my goods with a someone.I emailed boohoo whovrang me and said they wont be reimbursing me and there delivery comoany wont let them investigate.Boohoo took the money from my account and I have recieved nothing in return for it. “Save your money (and your time!) ”

This is just a waste of time and money. They posted me the incorrect item, and its taken MONTHS to organise a refund. They promised me weeks ago that they would refund the postage I had to pay, and then due to a "technical error" my refund was never processed. Its lucky that I am quite diligent, I worry that there are younger girls out there that would just forget about these things and lose money. Please don't use this site guys, its really not worth it. “DONT SHOP HEAR!!!!”

“Worse than terrible! AVOID!”

“This dosent seem right”

I ordered from boohoo before! I live in the Republic of Ireland which on there website says 2-3 working days. “Boo hoo indeed.”

Two and half weeks ago, I ordered a boohoo outfit and choose the four day delivery option. The same day of purchase, a conformation e-mail came through and the money was taken within two days. One week after I e-mailed boohoo, and never got a reply. This is nearly the third week of not having my delivery and I'm not happy! I e-mailed again and only now have I received a reply. “let down avoid!”

Ordered my goods and paid for them kept checking status but didn't come. When I contacted them said technical problems offered refund or goods. asked for goods I had fallen in love with the tartan boots and I had already bought things to match. then i got e mail saying out of stock refunded. they weren't out of stock when I flipping ordered them and Yes i understand they cant waive a magic wand and get the stock in but if you make a mistake they should either rectify it or make good on that… Read Full Review
