“Thank-you for my additional 50 dollar custom charge”

I just ordered 5 things off boohoo, three pairs of leggings and two tops. So I chose the three day delivery so I could wear it this weekend and I got slammed with almost a fifty dollar charge at my door for customs. Like that's half of what u paid for my order. So now I have paid 160 bucks for 5 items! This is not right! The worst part is I ordered some more items and they are expected to arrive Friday and I'm going to have to pay another 50 bucks! I was very surprised by the pure lack of security in delivering parcels. According to the website the delivery drivers seek a signature or leave with a neighbour or save place or return tithe depot for re arranging delivery. Apparently my parcel has been delivered and left my porch - erm.... I don't have a porch!!! “That dress may be cute but this is the worst company....”

I tried to buy 11 things and once my order was placed I received an email from customer service saying that international orders cannot be more than 10 items and that it would not be processed. So then came the back and forth the emails to customer service with a different representative replying each time. All saying that there was nothing they can do about it. I complained and complained but they refused to refund me for the third item. They have now stopped replying to my emails and decided to completely ignore me. Well Boohoo.com, I just want my money back and I certainly do not want to purchase anything else from you in fear that I will not receive a refund if I change my mind. As an online store, you really should have a better returns system because we don't have the opportunity to try on the clothes we purchase. If something doesn't fit right, all we can is return it and if returns are not being handled right and money is not being refunded when it should be, customers will not be too keen on purchasing anything. AVOID BOOHOO.COM AT ALL COSTS! The worst online company I've ever dealt with.

Lucky i kept my returns forms when i sent back a couple of items that didnt fit me properly. They kept telling me 21 days...wait 21 days... i waited a month and still no money back in my account or proper customer service. Terrible... dont expect this company to be anything like asos. I appreciate you trying to rectify this issue now that it has been put out to the world.
The list goes on to how many people actually work under your complaints management team. The company you work for must struggle with the amount of complaints.
boohoo is a terrible online company, your staff have been so rude to me aswell. I shop all the time on asos and its a great experience; as i dont live near shopping centers online is easy for me but to have all the correct details with tracking numbers and to see that the item was delivered back to you and then to be told your company cant find it when AUS POST said it was delivered to you, is a joke.

The thing is working for an online clothing company means all feedback of quality, service etc is much easier to make known to the world and because i have all the proof of registered post there is no way you can take it from me.

If im told one more time by a staff member that registered post with TRACKING numbers is not an ideal way of sending things back im going to keep leaving negative reviews. No girl deserves to go through this-
we shop on boohoo expecting the same level of service as asos and now i know your NOTHING LIKE ASOS I will wait and see what your company decides to do!

“Shocking company.... left without christmas presents....”

I was never told about an additional charge and after spending $100 on dresses and told there would be no shipping charge I was not about to pay and additional $50. “bad service, good clothes”

I ordered a dress and heels at boohoo with the UK Savers Delivery which expects a 3-5 day range. However, my order came after 7 days. If I wanted my order to come in 7 days I would have had the UK Super Saver delivery! I am very annoyed that I have paid extra for the Savers when the service didn't even happen. “Hate it”

I bought 4 garments from boohoo and returned 3 items of that all in one parcel. Boohoo claims that they received only one garment and did not refund me the money I paid for the other two garments though it was in one parcel. Its not possible that they received only 1 in 3 garments when it was in the same pack. I have never had returns problem with any shopping website, but boohoo is totally unreliable for returns. “Absolutely RUBBISH service, AVOID !!!!!!!”

I ordered my item on 16.12.13 I paid extra money 3,99 for delivery from 3-5 days .This was Xmas present for my sis .Unfortunatelly there was no delivery at all .I sended e-mail to costumer service and they respond : ,,Thank you for your email and I am sorry that you are yet to receive your order. “Worst Online shopping experience”

They were offering a 20% discount so i went ahead and ordered three items. I couldn't apply the discount so emailed them straightaway asking them to apply the discount and cancel my order if they were unable to do it. Not only did they not give me the discount but by the time they confirmed they won't be applying the discount, my order had been dispatched and they said they wouldn't cancel it. “Hate.”

I was so excited to find a site that had cute christmas onesies for a decent price. My sisters and I ordered four and when the arrived only three were present. Thats a huge issue that boohoo lost 1/4th of my order... On top of that, one of the onesies had a huge hole along the seam. THEN, a different onesie has one of the poms missing.
