“Wrong Order”

The first time I ordered from boohoo.com, they delivered my shoes in 6 days and it was in perfect condition. I was super happy and satisfied. The second time I ordered, that is when all hell broke loose. I ordered a pair of shoes so that it would come in on a week when I scheduled a fashion blogpost. When I recieved the order, the shoes were WRONG. I was so surprised. I tried to get in contact with customer service but they have NO phone number. “I like what I order..when/if it arrives”

Two out of my three orders with Boohoo have been terrible. First order, paid for a cardi and next day delivery - they took my money straight away, the item didn't turn up so after about a week I managed to contact someone who told me that they product was out of stock - why did they process my order? *Update* the shoes were actually out of stock, I was only told this when I contacted someone through Boohoos facebook page - who were very helpful to be fair. They told me my money would be refunded and when the product was likely to be back in stock.

I re-ordered the shoes again today as they were in stock but it said it was the last pair so I'm guessing that they will take my money then get back to me and say they are actually out of stock again!

I will keep you updated!

“Order Changed without permission”

I am super angry about this website. I have ordered two items (both in stock when I ordered them) and one was canceled by boohoo without my permission. The reason was given as 'out of stock', but when I looked up the item page there was still one left! So they changed my order and just sent me one item. They also messed up with the prizes a lot. If you have not received your refund yet, please could you contact us via Twitter or Facebook. All e-mails to our customer service department are replied to within 24 hours, but we are being alerted to some customers having problems receiving our responses. I have had a similar issue, I ordered £317 worth of clothes. Returned just over £200 worth. For some reason they have only received 5 of the 15 items i returned. I have unfortunately lost my receipt and now i am having issues getting a refund!! Although all the items were there when i returned them and they somehow have 5 of them... where have the other 10 gone? weird ay?

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered a dress that I wanted for a wedding and paid NEXT DAY delivery for it. “Worst customer service ever ”

I purchased $200 worth of clothes from boohoo, and $50 worth in a separate transaction on the same day only a few minutes apart. My $50 package came on 8/4 . I was concerned that my $200 package had not arrived with my $50 one considering the closeness in time when I ordered them so I jumped on Facebook and sent a message asking why I had only received one of my packages. “Stolen delivery money”

I bought a dress off boohoo and returned it because I didn't like the way it fit on me. Instead of receiving the full £20 I paid for the dress I am only being refunded the £16 so they have taken £4 off my refund to pay for delivery costs! If I had known that it was not free to refund I would've paid for the refund myself rather than it being taken out of the original price of the dress. “Should be shut down”

“A Mail Order Company that can't do Mail Order”

I placed this order for birthday clothes for my daughter. I paid for next day (Mon) delivery. I had to contact them to be first told it had been delivered. Then I was told it had not - I knew this already! Reason? They could not find my address! It is right on the street. It has a sign! I am in all of the time.
