“A Mail Order Company that can't do Mail Order”

I placed this order for birthday clothes for my daughter. I paid for next day (Mon) delivery. I had to contact them to be first told it had been delivered. Then I was told it had not - I knew this already! Reason? They could not find my address! It is right on the street. It has a sign! I am in all of the time. I am so disappointed with this website. I ordered a snood for a present several weeks before Xmas it arrived Xmas eve. Luckily I was seeing my friend to give her her present as she doesn't live round here. She later told me that the snood did not even fit over her head!! “NEVER AGAIN!!!!”

I ordered some clothes for my daughter (For The First Time With Boohoo) who is going to a really important party tonight (Tuesday The 18th Of February) I ordered on Saturday The 22nd and paid for NEXT DAY delivery. “Cheap! Quick! Stop complaining.”

I have ordered several times from boohoo.com and every time the items were delivered in time and with relatively good quality clothing. Because I live in Australia I get free shipping which is awesome on top of pretty cheap clothing. Of course with any online shopping you shouldn't really order shorts/pants unless you've tried them on in an actual shop because sizing is different for every shop so I wouldn't recommend doing that either with boohoo. “Worse than one star. Worst service of my life”

I would never recommend boohoo to even my worst enemy. They stuffed up my order and sent it back to their warehouse, they then took a month to deliver it to obviously the wrong address. I asked what happened to my order and they told me too bad that I never got it and took my money and gave me absolutely nothing. I ordered a jacket and the Boohoo site and the confirmation email informed me about that the delivery takes about 5-7 working days. I live in The Netherlands so that is fair. Sent in the order on a Wednesday and the jacket got delivered on the exact the 7th day! Good stuff. Unfortunately the jacket was too big and i had to sent it back. So i did and 5 working days later they sent a confirmation that they received the returned good and the refund was sent the day after! So how fast is that huh?… Read Full Review

I was very surprised by the pure lack of security in delivering parcels. According to the website the delivery drivers seek a signature or leave with a neighbour or save place or return tithe depot for re arranging delivery. Apparently my parcel has been delivered and left my porch - erm.... I don't have a porch!!! I complained and complained but they refused to refund me for the third item. They have now stopped replying to my emails and decided to completely ignore me. Well Boohoo.com, I just want my money back and I certainly do not want to purchase anything else from you in fear that I will not receive a refund if I change my mind. As an online store, you really should have a better returns system because we don't have the opportunity to try on the clothes we purchase. If something doesn't fit right, all we can is return it and if returns are not being handled right and money is not being refunded when it should be, customers will not be too keen on purchasing anything. AVOID BOOHOO.COM AT ALL COSTS! The worst online company I've ever dealt with.

Lucky i kept my returns forms when i sent back a couple of items that didnt fit me properly. They kept telling me 21 days...wait 21 days... i waited a month and still no money back in my account or proper customer service. Terrible... dont expect this company to be anything like asos. I appreciate you trying to rectify this issue now that it has been put out to the world.
The list goes on to how many people actually work under your complaints management team. The company you work for must struggle with the amount of complaints.
boohoo is a terrible online company, your staff have been so rude to me aswell. I shop all the time on asos and its a great experience; as i dont live near shopping centers online is easy for me but to have all the correct details with tracking numbers and to see that the item was delivered back to you and then to be told your company cant find it when AUS POST said it was delivered to you, is a joke.

The thing is working for an online clothing company means all feedback of quality, service etc is much easier to make known to the world and because i have all the proof of registered post there is no way you can take it from me.

If im told one more time by a staff member that registered post with TRACKING numbers is not an ideal way of sending things back im going to keep leaving negative reviews. No girl deserves to go through this-
we shop on boohoo expecting the same level of service as asos and now i know your NOTHING LIKE ASOS I will wait and see what your company decides to do!

“bad customer service”

boohoo.com: i recieved my items but the package was open with half of it missing, the delivery man decided the best thing to do was to send it all back and try to get them to re-order it. so i sent them an email explaining, they replied with, we tracked your order its on the way back to the warehouse you must of not been in when it was delivered!!! i couldnt believe it so i explained again and asked for my order to be resent. then they said what do i have and whats missing. this went backwards… Read Full Review
