“Terrible customer service, never will i buy from them...”

This is the first time i have brought from boohoo. I brought 3 items of clothing from boohoo, which arrived a little late. I sent the items back because they didn't fit, i sent them back via the post office with proof of postage. I emailed them a week later to see if they received the return, i heard nothing. Their automated message says they will contact you within the next working day, this is not the case. So i wrote to them again asking, then again and again. No reply!! “AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!”

I placed an order after 7pm on 26th October. I received an email at 12.37pm on 27th October confirming that my order was shipped – from this I assumed delivery would have been made on 28th October. The email contained the order number and tracking link but the tracking link does not work! It is now November 2nd and my order still has not arrived. The very same thing has happened to me ordered on the 8th November got confirmation of dispatch on the 9th and still no dress. I have emailed the customer service twice and am still waiting on a reply. Its the first time ive used them but I wont be using them again!

I've ordered from Boo Hoo on a few occassions, and have never had any problems before. The clothes aren't the best quality but you pay for what you get for. However, on this occassion I have totally been put off using them again. “Shocking lack of service from Boohoo”

Ordered 150 pounds worth of work clothes on 10/10/11 No delivery. Cannot track online. Have emailed Boohoo Customer Services THREE times and have had no response. Frustrated doesnt even begin to explain how i feel. I just want my money back and the ordered cancelled. No idea what to do next as they have no contact telephone number. Will NEVER use Boohoo again. I wish I had read reviews about \"boohoo\" before ordering from them. I have not seen ONE good review except its \"cheap\" but whats the point in being cheap and cheerful if you don't receive your items? and whats more worrying is that a few reviews have said they leave the items on the doorstep! Very disappointed. Will never ever used boohoo again. I'll stick with ASOS!!! but in the mean time .. I'M STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER!

“I will never use this site again!”

I received some extremely poor quality items 3 weeks ago and quickly returned them the next day using the service provided. Firstly you have to pay a £2 'restocking fee' unless you send a letter 'cancelling your contract' which seems utterly ridiculous to me and an easy way to make £2 off each of the MANY returns they must get when the clothes are so bad. The £2 re-stocking fee is simply an admin fee for returned items. This is in place as the items have to be re-advertised online and processed back into our warehouse.

Please allow 21 working days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.

“Fantastic Service! Great Clothes!”

I was looking for some new items for my winter wardrobe and came across boohoo! The order process was simple and straightforward and even allowed me to pay with PayPal. I was in no rush so used the UK Saver delivery, which arrived on time, in fact a day earlier than I expected! The clothes were lovely. The cardigan wasn't right though so I had to send it back. “Boohoo non-existent delivery service”

I placed my order with Boohoo on Thursday evening and paid the princely sum of £6.99 for a special delivery on Saturday. This was due to it being too late for a Friday delivery. I needed the order by Saturday at the latest for a 70s fancy dress party I was attending. I received an email from Boohoo on Friday evening stating that my order had been dispatched. What attracted me to boohoo was the cheap prices, you can pick up something from boohoo for half the price it is on the high street. In total ive made 5 seperate orders, giving them the benefit of the doubt each time as i know that these places cant always be perfect. Im now at my wits end, the sizing is completely messed up, you order the same size each time and they are either massive or too small. “restocking charge rip-off - beware!”

Boohoo delivery note says you may return the goods within 14 days of the date on your despatch note. But when you return them within 5 days as I did, you get charged the restocking fee of £2 They must be making a fortune with this underhand charge! They say on the website… Read Full Review

The re-stocking fee is charged for admin purposes as the items need to be re-advertised online for our customers to see. You can avoid the £2 re-stocking fee by writing to us or emailing cancellations@boohoo.com confirming that you wish to cancel the contract with boohoo under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. “Appalling customer service”

My order turned up on time, however, as has been the case with their clothing before, the sizing was inconsistent; one item baggy, another miniscule. Plus they often use extremely thin, cheap material with the stitching finished off very poorly. “Firstly i paid for the most expensive delivery service...”

Firstly i paid for the most expensive delivery service and it arrived after 9 days. I asked for a refund for the delivery cost and they refused saying it was my mistake to choose this service as was over the bank holiday period so as it's my fault they were within their rights to keep my money!! Have bought a few items from boohoo over the last few years and have had no problems, however, I recently purchased 3 items. One I decided to keep, one was unsuitable and the other faulty. “This is the worst online company I have ever brought...”

This is the worst online company I have ever brought from. Despite their site offering delivery within 3-5 days I had to wait 4 weeks. On receipt the dress did not fit and looked very cheap. Having returned this dress 8 weeks on I am still awaiting a refund. This company do not answer the phone and will not respond to emails if you have a problem.
