“The Customer service at boohoo is rubbish!!”

The boohoo customer service is rubbish I ordered 3 dresses for next day delivery and never got them, it's been a week and 2 days now still no order and boohoo have only responded to one of my emails when I've sent 5!! They only have an email service not a call centre. The email they did send me still didnt tell me where my order was there was no offer of a refund for the next day delivery charge. “Boohoo can NOT add up”

I ordered some items and kept some but returned £45 worth it's been 3 week since I sent them back no refund but a email letting me know the are refunding me £43 where's the other £2? Should be £45 not £43 I also had this with another order £4 short? They charge a £2 restocking fee. At least you got the majority of your money back I'm £15 down after they logged that I returned a top (which I kept) but have stated that I kept some boots, which I returned, the size and weight of the parcel alone would have demonstrated that there was more than a top in there - use them at your peril!!

“Is this a fake company???”

This 'company' has taken my money but failed to deliver They only send automated emails and you can't phone them I was given a tracking number for my order which does nothing and is rejected by the website On google maps the address for boohoo shows a largely boarded up street with no indication that boohoo have premises there Do not use this website… Read Full Review

“Terrible service, absolute nonsense!!!”

I am absolutely appalled at such a lack of customer service from boohoo. I ordered my items at the end I October..the tracking info states it was delivered 4 days later and left in a 'secure location' however nothing was there when I arrived home. Dear Kasey_48,
Was the courier name "Yodel"
Apparently i received and signed for my delivery on the 8th of december but got a card from Yodel in my mail box on the 7th saying that the delivery was in a "safe place". I have sent several emails and as many other pleople i have only got automatic mails saying that they will reply within 48 hr. I have now told them i will report them to trading standards and Consumer Direct. I am furious as i spent £100. Never again!

“Please do not waste your time”

Firstly, I have not had a reply to any e-mails (concerning a late item) that appear to have been written by a person. A generic response that does not answer a simple request does not count in my eyes. Secondly, I have had issues with refunding of items that were not required. Yes I have had the same issue. I returned 2 items which they say they didnt recieve and then I ordered 2 items only one was packed and they took the money from my card for the 2 items. I have e mailed twicw about the missing item with no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

“their 'guaranteed next day delivery' is not guaranteed”

I know it's the christmas season and all post will be held up, but I ordered a jumper and a dress at the same time from boohoo, and paid for next day delivery, because if the dress didn't go with the shoes I could return it qucker. On my receipt it says I paid £5.99 delivery. The next day came and I heard a thud come through my letter box so I ran down to collect my items - but there was only the jumper inside. “cover page jacket avoid at all costs”

bought th jacket that was advertised on the front page of there catalouge which they must be proud of as its on the cover, the jacket arrived and it was like a second hand jacket, it was packed in a manner in which it was a certainty that it would be creased, all well and good but the creases do not come out so the jacket is absoulutely useless, and so the jacket has to be returned but i lose the postal cost even though it is boohoos fault the item recieved was not in a useable condition… Read Full Review

One tip for all! if you are returning items to Boohoo! dont! you're better off selling them on ebay because you will never get your money back! i returned £60 worth of items over 2 weeks ago, didnt process the return online till 5 days later as had not had to do this before, then emailed them to tell them that i had returned the items but didnt put the return number on the parcel although i did include my name, order number and costumer reference number. They are unbelievable!!
I returned something in August and am still waiting for a refund.
In addition I didn't receive an item and have asked for a refund/replacement, but to no avail.
I have to e-mail them on a daily basis as they have rather cleverly discontinued the use of their phone number - not surprising considering the amount of angry customers they must have.
I have threatened them with legal action today and if I don't hear back from them within 24 hours I will do all I can to make sure everyone knows what an utter disgrace they are.

on 28 of october i order some clothes and shoes from boohoo over 100pounds and they didnt deliver, so on 5th November i contacted them via email to find out what has happened to the order. i got a reply which says Unfortunately, it seems as though your parcel has gone missing between leaving the warehouse and arriving with (Hermes). I agree.They delivered some grotty clothes to me on Friday,but on my order status it says \"delivery released\" so I can't complete the return and get my money back.Have sent 3 e-mails no reply and can't talk to anyone.Just a way of hangimg on to your money longer.Won't use them ever again.

Awful customer service. I ordered two items off the website, a jumper - COrrine Flecked Lurex jumper and a dress - Emily Jersey Scoop neck skater dress. I purchased a bag over three weeks ago from the Boohoo website. The product has still not arrive. I did the prodcut tracker and it sighted 'problem with address' I had provided the correct address. “Disgraceful. Late. Unkept consumer promises”

Clothes are nice. Although I splashed out for a next day delivery as I needed the clothes urgently for an Interview. The clothes never came the next day and no one in the customer services where replying even thought they said "shortly" disgraceful servicing. I'm still waiting for my clothes and hopeful some money back at least. This is the first time i have brought from boohoo. I brought 3 items of clothing from boohoo, which arrived a little late. I sent the items back because they didn't fit, i sent them back via the post office with proof of postage. I emailed them a week later to see if they received the return, i heard nothing. Their automated message says they will contact you within the next working day, this is not the case. So i wrote to them again asking, then again and again. No reply!! I placed an order after 7pm on 26th October. I received an email at 12.37pm on 27th October confirming that my order was shipped – from this I assumed delivery would have been made on 28th October. The email contained the order number and tracking link but the tracking link does not work! It is now November 2nd and my order still has not arrived. The very same thing has happened to me ordered on the 8th November got confirmation of dispatch on the 9th and still no dress. I have emailed the customer service twice and am still waiting on a reply. Its the first time ive used them but I wont be using them again!

“Shocking lack of service from Boohoo”

Ordered 150 pounds worth of work clothes on 10/10/11 No delivery. Cannot track online. Have emailed Boohoo Customer Services THREE times and have had no response. I wish I had read reviews about \"boohoo\" before ordering from them. I have not seen ONE good review except its \"cheap\" but whats the point in being cheap and cheerful if you don't receive your items? and whats more worrying is that a few reviews have said they leave the items on the doorstep! Very disappointed. Will never ever used boohoo again. I'll stick with ASOS!!! but in the mean time .. I'M STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER!
