“Terrible company poor communication ”

I ordered 2 items from boohoo for £65 on the day my items were delivered they were left in a so called safe place which was a wooden BIN on my neighbours drive, when I checked the items were not there. Hiya Becky, if you're on facebook type boohoo into search and go onto their page and post on their wall someone will contact you quickly and ask you for your order number, they did me after 2 times of telling them my order number and I got refunded yesterday, defo not buying from them again tho now, missguided.co.uk is a better website so Im using them from now on, hope u get it sorted soon :)

I ordered two dresses off Boohoo, next day only one arrived with no mention of the other on the order receipt. But online it said it had been dispatched, good job i thought I should follow it up find out why they didn't come together, I had to message on Facebook as they have no Phone number but i didn't mind this as I hate customer service phone lines. yeah lol, I also think people are passionate at leaving bad reviews.
My experience with customer service is positive at least for now as this is still ongoing at the moment, but I did receive the refund promptly, delivery was fast and customer service excellent in replying to all my queries! :)

“Dress lovely.....returns policy appalling”

I bought a lovely dress from there but unfortunately it didn't fit very well. Sent it back expecting my money back in my account a week later. Their returns policy means they do not refund the money for 30 days after you receive an emailed confirmation that you are entitled to a refund. This is disgusting. I spent over £100 at boohoo.com and once my order was received all of the items looked very cheap and of poor material so I returned all of the items and over a month later I am still awaiting refund, so I obviously contacted them several times with no reply and now they say they havent received my return! “Took my money, won't deliver or refund”

I ordered a large order from boohoo.com (over £100) and it was delivered to the wrong address. The courier company confirmed this with me. I raised this with boohoo an they are refusing to give me my money back or send the clothes again, they've told me I need to wait 28 days before they will do anything. “DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!”

I ordered to dresses from here for around £40. This was my first experience with Boohoo, and quite frankly my last. So it took aroun a week for them o be delivered. However when I recieved them, they were awful the maerial was cheapand shoddy. And a terrible fit. So withn two days I parcled them back up to send back. I totally agree i am in the same situation waiting for a refund its a never never again situation the clothes are poor quality aswell, dont know how they get away with it there quick enough to take money but not to give it back!

“RUBBISH QUALITY, NEXT DAY DELIVERY TOOK 4 DAYS !!”

We paid for £5.99 for Next day delivery and it took nearly 4 days to receive the parcel, Boohoo blame Hermes the courier, apparently they tried to deliver the item twice but there was restricted access, we were home all day and at no time was there any reason you could not gain access to our house,this is just an excuse to cover the fact that they failed to deliver the item. “Sonya Double Breast Belted Quilt Coat”

I have used Boo Hoo on many occasions and never had a problem intil now. The last two orders I have placed have been completely the wrong items. When I have sent them back asking for the correct items to be sent I have just been refunded. The item I received today was the wrong item and one of the items I ordered wasn't even in the parcel. I order items 3 weeks ago and paid next day delivery! They stated they would arrive next day! For a week I was mailing boohoo telling them I received no items and then they tell me to wait 2 weeks while they investigate it then I can get my refund. Im surprised these people are still in business after the bad reviews they have. I bought a dress for my sister's birthday and paid for overnight delivery. I had a family member who was flying abroad to deliver the dressnicely wrapped and what have you. Ive ordered from boohoo once before and my order came in the said date, but the other day i ordered other items and they still have not arrived after 8 working days??? Boohoo didnt send me a delivery tracking email on this purchase but i do have the print out that says i bought these items.
