“Poor quality, late delivery, bad service.”

I ordered a couple of onesies as Christmas presents, and paid the extortionate £3.99 standard delivery charge as I thought the items were worth it - and that by paying that amount, the delivery would be pretty much guaranteed within the 4-day window. WRONG!!! “Refund requests - EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!”

Absolute disgraceful service. Actually, I'm not convinced that they offer any service!!!! They are a very frustrating company to deal with after they have taken your money. I returned an item via Australia Post 4 weeks ago to their South Australian return centre as requested and we cannot track where the item is and they continually respond to my emails by saying that they have not received the item. my daughters order did not arrive after paying for next day signed delivery she stayed in all saturday waiting,but boohoo refused a refund because apparently the delivery driver described my front door which happens to be the door to our communial hallway he got no signature so if the driver can describe a door then obviously you must have recieved your order (i think not ). “Worst Online Shopping Experience - never again”

First and last order from this company. The worst ever online shopping company I had to deal with. Customer service non-existent, forget about getting any names of who is overlooking matters! Paid £3.99 for standard delivery, which on their website claims to take 4 days, but when my order did not arrive after a week with absolutely no update from them (their website said order despatched, tracking unavailable) I e-mailed them and was told it takes up to 15 (1-5!!!) days!!! “No item received yet no refund AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!”

Over 1 month ago i expected my delivery and after emailing boohoo.com they contacted the courier who refused to refund my money because apparently the driver has a picture of my home which proves the delivery. My item was never posted through my letter box nor did i receive a delivery note to tell me my item had been left anywhere safe. Ordered stuff from Bohoo, paid with card on 2nd December. Nothing turned up. They say parcel is on its way back to their depot (now 22nd January!)and they won't refund until it appears. Unlike what other reviewers have said, my items arrived quickly and on time, the things I ordered were great quality and very good value, I've never had a problem with their customer services, on the one occasion I needed to contact them they were fast replying and more than helpful, and when I did need to return an item for a different size it was much quicker and easier than I expected it to be. I should rename this review as now I am "fully satisfied" :) I got my return processed within 14 days of me sending the items back, that means I also got refunded within that time! So everything was perfect. Still one star less because I did not like 6 out of 9 items!
But the 3 I kept I really love! :))) So overall a good experience and no complaints!

they refused to make a full refund for clothes and earrings that were not as described in discription (i.e. wrong sizing guidelinesand cheap matterial). Bought 2 items for a friends birthday at the end of November. Needed them quick so paid 5.99 for next day delivery Items did not arrive for 4 days so had to buy friend something else. All e mails regarding my delivery were ignored. Returned items, retained proof of postage. Have sent 5 e mails regarding when I will receive my refund - all have been ignored. Would never shop from Boohoo again! Ordered 3 items on the 16th October. My items came 13 business days later but as I went away, I didn't get to try them on until a few days later. that part I dont like either , they start counting days from "dispatch date", you can return items within 14 days of dispatch, they should start counting from the day of expected delivery however!
