“Tatt and poor customer service”

I can say that what you see on line all looks very nice. However, once bought and received it soon becomes clear why its priced the way it is. I would not like to even imagine what boohoo pay for each item as when you look at where its made its makes you wonder about the ethics! I also had a problem with my order, wrong item 3 times! “You get what you pay for”

Purchased four dresses which were priced at $40. Very disappointed, the material is terrible. One dress had stains on it and another dress went out of shape after just one wear. The dresses looked good on the website so i had high hopes. “Horrible”

I will never order from boohoo again. It took weeks to receive my order which I sent numerous emails about. They did say that I could receive 20% off my next order, however I will not be buying from them again. When I received the clothing, I was greatly disappointed with the quality of the products. On the website, the clothing looks much better. I purchased a 250 dollar order and 50% of the clothing had stains or were not wearable due to the dodgy, cheap fabric. “Worst online shopping retailer I have dealt with”

This company advertises on UK television so I didn't expect the shoddy experience I got. I placed the order on 27 September 2012. On 6 October I had not received the package and checed the status online. Tracking information stated that the package had been delivered on 2 October. Since I hadn't received it, I tried to contact customer services. Thank you for this response. At the time I wrote this review I was very angry with the service I had received from boohoo. As it was my first experience with shopping with you my initial impressions were very poor. I think my frustrations were compounded with the fact there was no telephone contact number and so matters could not be resolved quickly.

Once I contacted you through facebook, I found your responses were much more prompt and this helped greatly. Ultimately I was satisfied with the way in which the matter was resolved and, had these prompt responses occurred earlier, I would not have judged you so harshly. In respect of the items ordered (which have now been received), I thought they all represented good value for money, although I did return the items that did not suit me. I am waiting for the refund, but as yet there has not been any undue delay in that regard. I hope this goes some way to balancing my review.

Ordered 2 items from boohoo.com early August after seeing the advertisment on TV, I went online to check them out. All the clothes looks fashionable and nice on the website so I have ignored all the bad reviews that I've read online and still went ahead to give it a try....HUGE MISTAKE!! “Australians Avoid Boohooo”

What a load of bulldust, I had numerous correspondence emails with you & you stopped replying! Pretty much had one of your staff say suck it up we WON'T refund you. Thankfully we have banks that are more then happy to chase it for you as what they call in the legal system FRAUD!

“Rip-off and cheap rubbish”

I ordered 6 items, only 2 of which were passable. Really cheap quality goods... worse than market quality. One of the items I ordered did not arrive as they sent the wrong item by mistake. I told them of their error and sent it back but they now inform me they will not be sendng me the correct item. They say I have to place a new order, therefore paying postage again. I did receive replies. Each time I was told you would take the item back but you would not send me the correct item that I actually ordered. I was told by (name removed) that you would refund me but would not send me the correct item. She said I would have to order again. I said that was not fair as I would have to pay postage again. (Name removed) then replied and said sorry we don't intend to anger our customers but she still said all I would get was a refund. So I went through all that and never got sent the item I ordered and if I wanted it I was told twice that I would have to pay postage again to have the correct item sent to me, by placing a new order. That is disgusting customer service. You made the mistake so you should go out of your way to correct that mistake. The only person who has gone out of their way is me. Order number 7653554.

“No Customer Service”

I ordered a pair of boots and a dress with standard delivery, which was free through an email I received from the company. I was also given a 20% discount through the same email so I ended up saving a lot on my purchase. The next day I received an email saying my order had been cancelled due to no stock- boohoo state how many items are in stock when you order so I find it very hard to believe that both items are out of stock. Okay, well I ordered several items from boohoo. Total cost: $205 NZD. And I am 100% peeved off. We used a prezzy visa card with the money on it incase they were cheap skates that took our money, which they did. We received an email saying: your clothes have been cancelled because of popularity". Personally, I do not believe this, because our money has not been refunded or payed back to us. I was writing on their australian one for AGES and they were absolutely disgustingly hopeless, i took to the international one, the uk one i think (as that is where they are based) problem was fixed within hours (although my post did generate a lot of likes so they might have just been worried that too many people would see it)

I am so disappointed and annoyed at Boohoo's lack of customer service. They sent me the wrong items and after sending them back over a month ago, I am yet to recieve my refund. Placed an order with boohoo and decided to place another a hour later. I asked them to combine the delivery to avoid being charged twice. They charged me twice for two orders and told me that I could not amend or change an order, once it's been placed. I emailed again stressing how disappointed I was and they did not respond. I have spent weeks trying to get a refund out of boohoo.Absolutely terrible customer services with no telephone number to directly talk to an adviser.They kept maintaining they had reimbursed me when they actually had taken another payment out of my account without my authority.Had to go to my bank to get that addressed and am still without my original refund.Absolutely criminal and shady.Will never,ever go near this company ever again.Save yourself a lot of stress and avoid them… Read Full Review

I bought a dress on Boohoo, it arrived later than there estimated delivery time. When it was received it was possibly one of the worst quality dresses I have ever seen, it seemed to be made out of the same fabric as an umbrella. I sent it back on the same day I received it. They advertise free shipping in Australia, however when returning items through Australia Post you need to send it back by registered post. The postage cost me half the amount of the dress.
