    Previously a "Nokia only" user, I find this phone to be fantastic, apart from the lack of personal dictionary and d/loadable ringtones, I'm a definite Samsung convert. Having been forced to use a different model over the last week, I was very happy to be 'home' to my N620.

    I've only ever had nokias so I was a bit wary of choosing another make but this Samsung N620 is a fab phone, looks great, great reception and sound. The vibrate function is very weak so be aware...I missed a couple of calls when it was switched on silent. Otherwise, very happy with it.

    This is a superb little phone with both stylish looks and ringtones (although a few more would have been nice).     Overall a fantastic allrounder, although not ideal for the "business" user. There's no GPRS, IR, Java or Bluetooth, although most of us just need to be able to make a call, but pretend to need all the "extras" to justify the purchase of a more expensive phone.
