I have been a long-time United customer. I bought a rt ticket from Denver to Anchorage on United's web site. How is it that over the course of 15 years, United is still the worst airline I've ever traveled?? They lost my luggage and I was on a business trip so had to go and buy a new suit, shoes and make up and they only reimbursed me $50. I will never fly united again !!!!

I've visited 32 countries and 165 cities in the world. United Airlines has to be the WORST airline next to China Airline, Ryan Air, Garuda Indonesia , Delta Airlines , and Tiger Airways.
My flight was delayed by 4 hours in LAX and when it finally took off the flight was full.

I've never been on a United flight before and after the flight I took last month I will NEVER take a flight with United again. I was using crutches and needed a wheelchair in order to get to the gate but was told that I had to check in first and then I could get a wheelchair. Mind you the line to ch ...

I traveled on United Flight 953 from Washington Dulles (IAD) to Phoenix,AZ (PHX). The checkin process was friendly, i checked a bag and that was 15 dollars if you pay your fees online, $20 in the airport. United is a hub at Washington Dulles so it is quite busy. I will NEVER fly United again!!!!! They canceled my flight about 5 minutes before we were about to board, and the next flight out was not until over 24 hours later.
