Never use these guys.
I went shopping, added everything to my basket, and proceeded to make payment.
Entered a non-UK credit card and it was rejected as an invalid credit card. Put another card (with insufficient credit for all the purchases I was making) also non-UK issued and it accepted it.
After all the problems I then went and bought a Visa Gift Card in GBP only to be told 'oh we don't accept them' when calling their call centre, which is utter bs (payment gateways don't care what... (read more)

I have ordered many a time from Jacamo and I have never had a problem. Whenever I have phoned up enquiring about something my issue is always resolved quickly. My credit limit has went up to quite a considerable amount and I would not hesitate from buying from them again. The items I have on order at the moment are some necklaces from a different catalogue. Ooooh... I've had the same experience as a few others on here. I wanted to buy a pair of jeans and had my debit card at the ready. As I was completing the account registration details, it started to ask me credit type questions such as "how long have you lived at your address?"
I started again as I felt that I must have clicked the wrong tab. I went through the arduous process again and it told me they had given me £125 credit. I thought, "oh well, I'll have a couple of other items" I... (read more)

After ringing twice a day to see where my jeans are, i either get " there's an error on your account" or "it'll be there today" or they just hang up so they don't have to deal with their mistakes. We had problems before the items even arrived and we still have problems 5 months after the order was placed.
They failed to deliver the items after 2 weeks, after speaking to them daily they kept telling us "it's due to be delivered tomorrow".
After 14 days I demanded my money back or a replacement package to be sent.
They promised a replacement package.
Later that afternoon the first package finally arrived and I called to cancel the replacement.

I have ordered twice. Both times had issues.
1. Ordered Jeans, they sent me the wrong size - the packaging said the size i wanted but the item inside was a completely different size. I returned, pointed out the mistake and asked to send me the correct size. They didn't. When i contacted, they said I had to reorder. Which meant I paid postage again. So I complained and finally got a refund on postage. Total time to get Jeans from ordering first time = 6weeks. Refund = 8 Weeks.

The goods are good quality and the price is OK, as there is nowhere else I know of that I can get the sizes I needed.
However I never received a statement and it was only lucky that I remembered to go to the site a week before payment was due and so emailed to let them know only to have 'A statement was issued on whatever date and the next will be on whatever date' if a robot had answered that would be fine, but it was supposedly a human, I was expecting an apology or maybe if they checked... STAY AWAY FROM JACAMO!!
I have never been so discusted. This company is a complete and utter shambles and a waste of anybodys time. Nobody has any idea whats going on and the customer service is quite franky a massive joke! Im sure a group of monkeys could be more helpful!!

so i orderd some sunglasses and i was told 5 days to get to me so thats fine then after 5 days i called and they said that it was actually 7 so i said ok!!
at this point i was a bit chessed off with them so after 7 days they then said 14 days i said it ridicuals but i still waited!!!
