I am quite surprised at the number of negative reviews about Jacamo that are on here. I have had an account with them for around 8 months and not once have I had any cause to complain. All my orders have come on time (and generally the day after ordering via the website). Returns are very easy, I have used the website to arrange a return and also contacted customer services, the couriers have always been helpful and courteous. “Couldn't even order”

Tried to order, but couldn't find a way of ordering without using their £200 credit. Emailed them, my wife took an automated telephone reply which disconnected when she repled that it wasn't her who made the enquiry, have had no reply since. Suspicious about customer service I checked out this web page, and will now definitely not be ordering from them -shame as their products do seem ideal. I have the same problem, I bought a pair of £10 slippers and when they arrived they were faulty, I went back on the site to get them to collect the faulty goods, I waited for over a month and never heard from them again so I threw the faulty goods out. Now months later they are harassing me all the time saying I owe them £70 I was so shocked. I offered to pay for the slippers even though they where faulty and they won't accept, they said they will just keep increasing the debt till it reaches hundreds then they will pass the case on to debt collectors. My advice to anyone thinking of buying from jacamo is DON'T.

“Rip off......avoid!!!!!!”

I ordered some items for my partner and he decided he didn't want them so after he gave them back to me I called the courier to collect the parcel. Unfortunately, I have had some health issues and was a day over the 14 day free home approval by the time the parcel was picked up. I'm a big chap (38inch waist) so I thought I'd give Jacamo a go. I called their 0800 number to ask for a catalogue, after giving all my details the lady at the other end went quiet for ages. Well, today I finally gave up being sensible and rational in the face of deliberate and obstinate stupidity, and horrendously poor service. Jacamo Short Sleeve Military Shirt Reg £18.00 + £3.99 P&P Item was ordered end of May, finally arrived end of August. Bought an XL shirt for someone who normally fits an XL comfortably, and the shirt is massive on him (clearly designed for someone with a significant beer belly). They added 2 charges (£12 each) & when I told what these charges were for, they told me they would take it off if i paid that same day. Never use these guys.

I went shopping, added everything to my basket, and proceeded to make payment.

Entered a non-UK credit card and it was rejected as an invalid credit card. Put another card (with insufficient credit for all the purchases I was making) also non-UK issued and it accepted it.

I have ordered many a time from Jacamo and I have never had a problem. Whenever I have phoned up enquiring about something my issue is always resolved quickly. My credit limit has went up to quite a considerable amount and I would not hesitate from buying from them again. The items I have on order at the moment are some necklaces from a different catalogue. Ooooh... I've had the same experience as a few others on here. I wanted to buy a pair of jeans and had my debit card at the ready. As I was completing the account registration details, it started to ask me credit type questions such as "how long have you lived at your address?"

I found this review very helpful because...all I wanted to do was place an order, pay and get items. Do not want a credit account, dont want another credit check as it does affect your credit reating.

Shockingly bad.

We had problems before the items even arrived and we still have problems 5 months after the order was placed.

They failed to deliver the items after 2 weeks, after speaking to them daily they kept telling us "it's due to be delivered tomorrow".

After 14 days I demanded my money back or a replacement package to be sent.

They promised a replacement package.

Later that afternoon the first package finally arrived and I called to cancel the replacement.

I have ordered twice. Both times had issues.

1. Ordered Jeans, they sent me the wrong size - the packaging said the size i wanted but the item inside was a completely different size. I returned, pointed out the mistake and asked to send me the correct size. They didn't. When i contacted, they said I had to reorder. Which meant I paid postage again. So I complained and finally got a refund on postage. Total time to get Jeans from ordering first time = 6weeks. Refund = 8 Weeks.

The goods are good quality and the price is OK, as there is nowhere else I know of that I can get the sizes I needed.
