“Avoid Joules Customer Service is horrible”

I would never work with this company. Horrible customer service they said I ran out of return labels. I have never heard of a company running out of return labels. I have tried server all times to return a few items and no response. The clothes might be cute but not worth the headache. Don't known how this company stays in business. “Non Working CS Number and Cancelled Order”

I paid through their US site. Because they did not communicate or fulfill my order in a timely manner, the request to PayPal timed out and cancelled my order by default. When trying to fix this situation, I tried to call their 1-800 number and it led nowhere. It answered, but nothing. No message, no CS, nothing. Just dead air. So I emailed. TEN DAYS AGO! “Abominable customer service”

I have never had such poor customer service. Their phone numbers do not work, they won't answer emails and the order is incomplete. And the one time I did manage to get through to customer service it was largely dissatisfying. When I ordered some wellies for my daughter it said nothing about a backorder and when the order arrived minus them I inquired and they said they were backordered. “Poor service”

I ordered a bag for my sister's birthday which never arrived and after several expensive phone calls which took over 10 mins each time for them to reply and having to reorder and pay for the bag 3 times, my sister still hasn't had her bag after over 3 weeks. Customer services have been rude and uncaring. I will never order through joules again and caution anyone else against it. “Horrible customer service”

The clothes are okay, overpriced for something made in china but still claiming to be "all british". But the customer service is just so frustraiting! Be prepared to receive only a part of your order because the other part will take them 3 weeks to get back in stock (surprise surprise!) Nobody will inform you about this issue until you call them (don't even try to email). So I had to wait for a coordinated item for a month! “very slow and poor customer service”

I had a problem with a coat. “Disgusting 'customer service' stuck up and...”

I recently purchased a babygro as a gift from a Joules store in Salisbury- now I don't know about you but at £18.95 it was quite a lot for what it was to start with. I then purchased the co-ordinating hat online THE SAME AFTERNOON. 10 DAYS LATER the hat has not been delivered!!! “Avoid ordering from Joules at all costs”

I placed an order from Joules online on the 22nd December 2012, the following day one of my items was half price so I emailed them and no response, by the 31st December still no delivery or reply to my complaint. “Will not be using again.”

I ordered 3 items from Joules which were going to a Christmas present.I had to send them back to exchange for a different size.I patiently waited 10 days for any correspondence & received a refund but no exchange confirmation. “Good clothes, terrible returns service”

I don't have a Joules shop where I live, so ordered some clothes online. I read their returns policy, which said it can take up to 10 days, longer during busy periods. I had to send back a coat, and called them on 12th November to check they'd received it. THey confirmed it was received on 5th November, but said it could take 21 DAYS to process the refund as it's Christmas. “the most appalling customer service ever!”

While Joules clothing is ok, their customer service is absolutely dire. To be fair if you speak to them on the phone they are polite but they never answer emails, never deal with complaints and to get removed from their mailing list is impossible. The clothing is expensive but of fairly good quality to be fair - although alot of it is very "countryfied".
